I bought shirts as advertised and as portrait online in different very bright colours and/or bright text as business related gift The shirts that I received were dark, some text was not visible because of it, absolute nothing like advertised incl two really bad shirts that I received which I never ordered at all!!
After waiting for the delivery for many many weeks (delivery times are also a lie online) and having to pay extra for customs, i was so disappointed, clearly a scam to get rid of misprints that nobody wants. 2 identical ordered shirt weren't even the same color. In the end most of the shirts were send back, (68 gbp worth, plus shipping costs) Battlebox refuses to accept the return, telling me they never got it, and I never got my money back. We have informed all the gyms we are connected to. Be warned, it's a rip off. They lie about what was send and about what they receive back.

There was an issue with delivery, contacted with customer service, these guys have sorted it with my local delivery office and got a parcel within 3 hours. Happy. Will back soon

Unfortunately battlebox are terrible if things go wrong - if they are out of stock you aren’t getting your products or your email returned or the phone answered or a refund - I had to chase them via PayPal to get my refund - I will not be using again !

Received an item in the incorrect colour. Emailed and received quick response but after replying back, there was no follow through on the offer to resolve the issue for me. Still awaiting for them to do what they offered in their own email a month later.

Ordered a 24 pack Nocco Red berries BCAA drink with caffeine on 8th november. It is 22th january, i have not recieved the package. I contacted them via email and messaged them on their homepage, haven’t gotten a single response.
Hopefully the problem can soon be resolved

Update : Its now 7th february and still zero response to my emails

Ur better off with myprotein or bulkpowders, they are more reliable than this

I see a lot of reviews about their customer service and have to echo that sentiment. I was trying to find a pair of Romaleos as a birthday present. I got in touch and they found some, got them online and shipped all on the same day! Shoes arrived ON the birthday. Truly awesome service!
