Dolton park today saw a lovely glass off white lantern in shop went to the till to ask could I have it shop assistant went and brought it to the till. By this time a lady was looking at it and walked back to the till following the the assistant who then served her with it .Explaining I had just asked you to buy this to which she looked at me blank. I was so annoyed as it was the only one. The assistant then came over to me after she sold it and said I can order you one which isn’t the point I explained I’m visiting I don’t live here. Think your staff need to acknowledge the customer and not be as rude to do this . As I’m polite and didn’t make a fuss needless to say I won’t be back to this store again.

I just love this shop and everything in it , if I had a large house I would buy it all .
I have many pieces from baytree and unfortunately meadowhall has closed down ,one nearest to me isn't very big so not a huge choice however I did go to Escape last week and purchased my next trip woll be whitby but last time i visited ut was closed .

I looked for ages to find replacement cushions for my sofa and eventually found Bay Tree .Great service a very helpful guy and my cushions were completed quickly .

Went into the Ilkley Jo Jo Maman Store on Monday, the staff were really helpful and friendly, and the lady helped me to pick a gift for my friend’s new baby girl. The clothes are gorgeous and because I had spent over £40 I could choose a free gift box to put my gift in which saved me having to buy a gift bag. The lady put everything into the box for me which also had tissue in and it looked fabulous. The service from start to finish was excellent and I will be back for future gifts.

We visited baytree interiors in Beverley on Saturday 7th September. Two women working in there both at the till one of them sat down as there were no customers in. We were walking around looking for a lamp we were going to buy all whilst getting looked up and down by one of the blonde women that worked there. Made us not want to buy anything from there and wont be returning. Very unwelcoming the staff need some training in customer service! No wonder the shop was empty

Poor workmanship

The products are lovely,bought loads from them,but the women who served me today,wasn’t helpful at all,her manner was awful,no customer service there,will shop at lakeside in future,where they are pleasant and helpful to their customers

my 91 year old grandmother purchased a coffee table in store, when she got the item home it was unpractical a trip hazard and returned to store within 24 hours, she was refused a refund and issued with a credit note- has returned to store weekly since July 23 and there is nothing in store that suits therefore if she has not purchased anything by July she looses her money - the customer service is rubbish and will never purchase anything within store again!! be warned

Kirsty went above and beyond! I bought some beautiful photo frames as a gift at the Meadowhall Sheffield store. Great price. Left them behind the counter to collect before heading home and forgot to collect them! As I live in Hull it was too far to go back. When I called to explain my problem, Kirsty was determined to sort the it out for me and came up trumps. Such a great salesperson and even if I didn't love Baytree Interiors, she alone would have me going back. Well done Kirsty - I can't thank you enough.

What a delight. Walked into Baytree Interiors (Lakeside, Doncaster). Looking for particular piece of furniture which I found but unfortunately it was a cabinet they very recently had had made bespoke to display items in the store. Unphased though Faye listened to what I was looking for and found me a solution. Great service. Very happy.

I absolutely love the Doncaster shop and enjoy looking , chatting with the wonderful staff and getting ideas. I buy lots of vases and accessories that are a fab price. Staff go above and beyond to accomodate. My recent purchases have been a console table, live edge table and chairs. Delivery service fantastic and well worth the money. The furniture itself is gorgous and so well priced. O cant stop looking at them. My only issue is I want everything in the shop and I want it NOW lol.

Today friend and I visited the Meadowhall branch of Baytree Interior . We had travelled over 50 minutes and arrived at this beautiful store only to be told that this particular mirror that was on display that we wanted to purchase and take away was not for sale . The mirror was reduced from 299.99 down to 99.00 but was on display . The Manager lady came out and said we could not have that mirror but she would order one in for us to store and we could come back and collect it or she could have it delivered to our home address for a staggering amount of 30.00 !!! We asked for the delivery to be wavered considering its not our fault the shop has none in stock and we are by no.means planning another journey or even have the time to come back to collect a mirror
. There was also a lamp Iyself wanted to purchase , which was also the last one at 59.95 , that was ok to buy for some reason ! This Manager was extremely patronising and said its not that far to come back to collect from where we live !!! Well after a good 15 minutes trying to spend almost 160.00 in this store and getting nowhere fast , we came to realise that unless we added on another 30.00 postage to have this invisible mirror delivered to our address of which we just wanted to take the mirror away with us there and then , plus the lamp , we just gave it up as a bad job. Such a patronising, dreadful sales experience. Genuinely the worst visit we've ever had . Been in many times and purchased many items under a different Manager , never had such a dissapointing visit as today .

I ordered 4 lamp shades at the sale price put them in my basket and when I went to pay a few hours later they had gone up a few pounds, I ordered them got delivered great communication- but only one box arrived and no receipt note - the lamps were perfect but no shades checked the web site shades came with them and the price had gone down again? contacted customer service who said they would get back to me me. I had to chase DPD - who said they only had one box? Contacted BI this time she sounded put out by my call and reluctantly said she would send a new set of shades - still still haven’t been informed they have been dispatched and no apology for the delay

Found Baytree Interiors simply looking for small bedside lamps. Found exactly what we wanted. Sale price items. Order was easy and good customer service when I contacted them to query delivery. Will definitely use this company again. A very satisfied customer.

Just perfect! Stocked the exact candle holders i wanted at a fab price which were delivered swiftly & in one piece by DPD who were on time. Excellent comms too. Will definitely order more goods from them in future. Great find & highly recommended⭐️

Absolutely brilliant.. it's the first time I've ordered from Baytree but will ge searching their site for all future purchases. I'd seen a lovely item on another site and it was three times the price that I paid from Baytree. So price was excellent and when the purchase arrived it was well packaged and superb. They send messages all the time so you know exactly what is happening and when its arriving. This site is a great find.

Superb value and service.
Ordered 3 lanterns on separate occasions. Could not be beaten on price. Postage bit pricey but worth it as delivered by ups 2 days after order on each occasion. Reliable and competitive.

The product is really nice. I love it, it arrived on time. It was just as described and I’ve been received notifications on the order right from beginning to end. I will purchase again from Baytree as they have really lovely products.

We had seen the picture in the shop in Whitby but didn’t buy it so we ordered it online, commutation was great and arrived safely considering the size of the it 1000x1500, very happy with the purchase and seller
