Bay tree interiors great,UPS awful
Bay tree interiors really good but UPS the courier were awful . Waited three weeks and nobody from UPS had a clue where the parcel was.
Would have been 5* but UPS let you down big time

I bought two beautiful lamps
I bought two beautiful lamps, one a flamingo and the other a meerkat.
They are gorgeous items and admired by everyone.

Don’t purchase no response for customer service
I was not happy with my purchase as it was damaged. I wrote to the customer service in relation to this. It’s been a couple of months now and I still haven’t heard back or got any sort of response. Definitely would not purchase again

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. I told them my table's leg broke and the mirror completely smashed on the floor. The table was bought 1 year ago, but still for the glue to completely detached from the table says a lot. They were not happy to help at all.

I bought a set of three mirrors for £24.95 two weeks ago for the BAy TREE store in the Arndale Centre and have now seen the exact same in the Range for £5.99 NOT AMUSED AT ALL.

Top quality furniture and accessories
We’ve been lucky enough to have a Baytree Interiors on our high street in Scarborough for the last few years and I’m forever stopping by. I’ve purchased furniture, flowers, photo frames, candles, Christmas trees you name it from the store and they’ve been nothing but perfect. The quality is such a high standard and the staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. I know there are quite a few people who are gutted that it’s closing down in the town but I for one will certainly be making the trip to the Beverley branch soon!

Attended the Middlesbrough store and had such a brilliant customer service experience. The staff couldn’t be more attentive to our needs and helped us find exactly what we were wanting. Such warm customer service, helpful and knowledgeable made such a pleasant experience. We would definitely shop here again.
