Spent over $200 received one of my two shirts through Uni Uni. The other shirt never came billionaires boys club customer service nonexistent no email no response. No one reached back out to me. I’m just left high and dry when unique unique workers don’t even have papers to be working in the United States. They are turning a billionaire boys club into a fraudulent company.

Terrible customer service. I purchased items and one didn’t fit so returned item on 27th December and I have not heard anything back! I have emailed every week since the return and no correspondence from the company. The number in socials and their website doesn’t work. Absolutely no way of getting hold of them and now I’m theoretically £70 out of pocket!

I placed an order for $70.00 they sent the order through Uni Uni shipping. I never had an issue before when My order was placed with FedEx. Now today this the second day I’ve been home, the carrier Uni Uni lied and said they made an attempt but actually never did. I’ve been literally sitting by the window to get my package. One thing is for certain I’ll never order from Pharrell again, you have way too much money to be handling business so poorly. Customer service reps suck, there’s generated responses. Just dispute with your bank. I’m waiting for my refund.

Communication improvements needed to avoid negative reviews
The item I ordered wasn't quite as it appeared on the website - I followed the returns process (rtn by tracked post, and emailed confirmation of posting)
and got refunded after a couple of weeks
However, it was unclear if I would receive a refund initially. Customer Services could do with improved customer communication and expectation management - particularly given the price people pay for BBC clothing. Delayed response or no response, and ambiguous refund dates will perpetuate negative reviews that could be avoided with more informed updates

Ordered from BBC, returned the item (which they charged me to do). Provided tracked proof of delivery and they have since ignored my emails and are refusing to refund my money. It seems this is standard practice for them. It has been 30 days since they received my returned item.
Only way to get your money back is through a card dispute.

Have completely ignored five emails and the phone line is not staffed just an answering machine.
They charge over £5 to return items and I am still yet to receive a reply let alone my money back. Overpriced scam artists

Spent a lot of money on my order, received it with an item missing. Tried contacting them and nothing has been resolved. Returned my order and I have not received a refund (even though it was sent back within the two weeks refund period). I have emailed the company over 10 times and tried calling them, they do not answer the phone. Will be taking this issue further.

Ho effettuato un ordine il 28/11/24 , una zip hoodie grigia M, partendo dal presupposto che l’ordine ha impiegato 14 giorni ad arrivare ma non è tanto questo il problema. Una volta arrivato il pacco la brutta scoperta, la felpa che mi è stata inviata non è per nulla conforme a quella ordinata, ne nel colore ne nel modello. Non comprate su questo sito il customer service non risponde e se rimandate la roba non vi ridanno neanche i soldi. La felpa che mi avete inviato fa anche pena e mi ci pulirò il sedere. Non comparte su questo sito di cacca siete schifosi.

A SCAM company!!
I ordered for lots of items and they didn’t get delivered, I emailed them and they later gave me an excuse a socks was delaying the delivery. When it finally got delivered, I didn’t get all my order and they never refunded me. They took lots of money from me and didn’t return them. They won’t reply your emails and they never pick their calls. Be careful guys they are SCAM!
LOOKS LIKE I AM NOT GETTING MY REFUND
Well having read the reviews it seems I will not be getting my refund that I have been chasing for. Paid £10 for the item to be returned on guaranteed next day delivery so that it was well within the 14 day returns period and we are now passed the 7-10 day processing time for refunds and I am being ignored! Absolute cowboys and wish I had read the reviews before purchasing!

This Company does not pay refunds, I returned an item over 4 weeks ago and still no refund. They are not answering their 'phones and provide standard responses by email. I would not buy from them again and suggest anyone considering purchasing from them to stay clear unless you are happy to lose the money if there's a problem.
BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
I ordered a tshirt and sent it back for a return they acknowledged the receipt of it but are still to refund me and it’s been about a month. I’ve sent several emails and had no response back. The customer service number +44 (0) 333 090 3167 just goes straight to voicemail and no one ever picks up.
Please avoid! I just wish I read other reviews on here before buying as they have had the same experience.
