My 5th session of facial treatments and massage with Beautology UK at Coldharbour Rd, Bristol and couldn’t be happier! Their staff are ever so nice and accommodating and the treatments are tailored to my skin needs and leave me looking glowing and amazing…every time I have a treatment it’s ‘me time’, so so lovely!

Purchased a mytime mini restore told to expect a call from the team but was never called, tried to email to arrange an appointment but never received a reply. Called and told I would be called back which didn’t happen. Eventually 8 weeks after purchase I was contacted via text message. I asked for a refund but was told they only gave refunds in the first two weeks of purchase. Avoid and be careful of paying for anything upfront.

I’ve been coming to beautology regularly for around 6 months as an MyTime member and it has transformed my skin. Ritu crafted a bespoke plan to help my acne concerns and the results were even better than I could have hoped for. Not only is my acne significantly improving but my skin feels brighter, looks smoother and is less inflamed. I would recommend Ritu to anyone who has struggled to find a regime that works.

The environment at Beautology is welcoming and professional. I had a pro-lift treatment with Ghazala today and came away feeling like a different person! She always explains what the treatments involve, what the benefits will be and checks in to see what I would like to achieve. She is knowledgeable about recommending skincare to use between treatments.

Ghazala is friendly, knowledgeable and heloful. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

I recently joined as a MyTime member and I can honestly say it's one of the best decisions I have made! I look forward to seeing my aesthetician once a month for bespoke treatments and feel really pampered and refreshed after the session is over. Thanks Mahwish!

Started facials as thought my skin could do with a little extra help as menopausal and have an annoying line on my forehead which I notice does respond well with some TLC but at a loss what to try, then found Cristina! It’s really helped with firmness on my whole face not just forehead also fine lines around my eyes . I also had a little dermabrasion on my 3rd session. Cristina explained everything and checked I was ok as I hadn’t had before.
I have just this week completed my 3rd facial with the lovely Cristina. Whatever my skin needs is worked on and explained. The treatments smell divine! So relaxing. Up till 6 weeks ago I’d never had a facial, wow my face and neck felt fantastic after the first treatment so soft and firm, after every treatment it still does right up to the next treatment. I’ve been using skincare and sun cream all my life. I thought I knew a lot but I’m still learning lots of new beauty information from Cristina. We have cute chats too. I look forward to my treatments. I joined the MyTime monthly treatment scheme at my last visit to maintain my results from the first 3, 2 weeks apart sessions. I trust Cristina she is so knowledgeable gentle and kind. She explains everything and checks in at every stage. Also had a little shoulder massage a few times when time allows. She’s super brilliant and very reassuring explains everything she’s doing and why . Also what aftercare what to avoid after treatment while skin is more sensitive. What to use and what not to use etc. Has a couple of lovely samples upon joining MyTime. Gorgeous serum! Thoroughly recommend Cristina. Such a lovely human and super talented aesthetician. Laser treatment with Paulina has been great. She is very precise, professional and makes me feel at ease. She consistently checks in and is always very helpful.

I went to Beautology ahead of my wedding day, looking for a treatment which would help my skin look its best, especially the under eye area. They recommended a series of three facials and several products. The total cost was over £500. I didn't notice any difference in my skin at all (in fact, I would say it looked slightly worse and went back to my regular products from Beauty Pie and La Roche Posey), and was upsold membership and the monthly subscription at every session. After the first two facials, I asked if I could cancel my third, but this wasn't an option.

I had my first treatment today at Beautology (just joined the MyTime programme of monthly facial treatments). My treatment was done by the lovely Paulina, it was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep! And even better my skin was hydrated, renewed and plump! Thank you! Can’t wait for the next one!

Paulina is very friendly and very through with her job. I had been having laser sessions with her for few months now, and always had have very good results, in the session and afterwards.
She is a good professional and friendly person.

I’ve been seeing charlotte for a while working on tightening the skin on my tummy. I always have a super comfortable nice experience with her.
She explains everything, we have cute chats, she makes me feel totally at ease and always checks in. and even with having to work on and take photos of areas I feel self conscious about I just end up feeling totally chill with Charlotte. We are starting to notice some difference from the treatments she has been giving me, and she is clearly dedicated to making sure Im happy! :)
