Anita is very knowledgeable and professional. She explains what’s involved with each procedure and each product. She makes you feel very relaxed and pampered!

Charlotte was very friendly and made the whole experience amazing explaining each procedure have booked more sessions.

It’s only the second appointment I’ve had for micro-needling today and already seeing amazing results with the acne scarring on my face! My aesthetician Mahwish is so lovely and is doing a stunning job with my treatment, I’m always looking forward to seeing her when I come in as she is extremely kind and makes me feel very comfortable during the intense treatments. The products they use are also outstanding and have really helped with healing my skin. Thank you so much Mahwish!!

Called to ask me to come in early then told no room available for treatment booked over a month ago ~ full refund given of money paid but doesn't help when arranged for special event so unable to reschedule

Beautology staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. I've never taken much notice of my skin but now that I'm ageing the time has come. I'm learning a lot and look forward to continuing the journey with the lovely Anita.

I was with Anita today and going forward she will be helping me on my skin journey. She was so lovely and I got all the information I needed on my consultation with lots of time for guestions and guidance on products I’m using etc and what I want to achieve for my skin.

My therapist is calm and professional, gorgeous facial treatment and advice re skincare routine . Feels special . Dropped one star as I feel there’s an expectation to buy the products used and you have to actually say “no I don’t want it “ rather than choose to buy it.

Professional but welcoming & friendly place. had 2 treatments so far, plus the initial consultation, all with Justyna. She has been amazing. Made me feel very comfortable throughout, listens to my concerns and plans treatments accordingly. Explains all steps clearly. Already seeing a difference! Would highly recommend (already have!).

I had such a wonderful experience at Beautology, all of the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They were very informative about my skin, and explained every step of my treatments with me as we went along as well as a full consultation before my treatments to make sure I was getting everything I needed to enhance my skin and experience. I was very impressed and highly recommend!

I have had two electrolysis sessions with Jelena and am very pleased with the results so far. Jelena is very professional and helpful, as are the reception staff.

Justina is great, I don’t like to replace her and I’m so happy with to have her as an expert.

My Time monthly facials are absolutely fabulous as your aesthetician will give your skin exactly what it needs at that time. Charlotte is fab, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I know I'm in very safe hands xx
