They refuse to refund my money

The order was placed on their Greek domain beautycos.gr on June 25. The package was lost by DHL and they refuse to refund my money until today, August 10. They delay until the time to claim my money passes, saying that they will refund it when they receive the package (which was lost). While the regulations on their site and the European directive are that the consumer is compensated if he does not receive the product or it is sent to him again. Do not mess with these people. And all this hassle for so long for 50 euros

I am happy that I got the product

I am happy that I got the product. The delivery was promised for home delivery but they couldn't do it. It would be better next time if they promised to do home delivery they should keep up the promise or do not promise in the first place. I can understand it's Christmas times and everyone is busy.

I have been in contact with DHL as it is important for us that our customers get the delivery they pay for.
They have informed me that the delivery was changed by the receiver, so it was delivered to a parcelshop instead of home delivery. I have also sent you an e-mail regarding this a few days ago with all the information DHL gave me, where the change in delivery can be seen.

I'm in the USA

I'm in the USA. Only place I found an item I wanted more of, via the internet, was here (Amazon, Ebay, etc all had it as no longer available). Emailed if it could be shipped to the USA, received a prompt reply that I could order it through their US connection. Sadly, turns out that item was only shipped from the EU. Expensive, but quick. Very happy

Great site to shop for cosmetics

Everything arrived on time, items are definitely authentic and good quality (I ordered a perfume and revitalash serum).
