I ordered my perfume one month ago but…
I ordered my perfume one month ago but to this day still haven’t received this. I have emailed for a full refund but yet again I am still waiting for this to present in my account. I have not ordered from this site before and I won’t be ordering again.
I just want to be refunded now.

We understand that, from your perspective, you have been waiting for your parcel since 16 August, and we completely understand your frustration.
You first contacted us on 29 August to let us know that the parcel had not arrived. We immediately contacted the shipping company to investigate the matter. As there had been no new tracking updates for some time, a search for the parcel was subsequently opened with the shipping company.
The shipping company has a 10-business-day period to investigate and locate the parcel. We understand that you do not wish to wait for this process, particularly after already having waited for your parcel.
We are continuing to follow up on the case with the shipping company and will contact you directly as soon as we have an update.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused.

If I could give less than star I would.
According to your courier they made 3 attempts to deliver but this was never attempted as I work and would see any attempts. 20 notifications that one attempt at home at the same time at a post office???
The parcel was left at a post office that I didn’t know.
To return it would cost me £3… and to refuse delivery you would charge me £10. Not my fault but I’m the one who would be penalised. Parcel tracked down, picked up. Will never buy from you again unless you can deliver by someone other than parcel force.
