Great products, fantastic customer service
I bought a dining table and chairs from Beauty Tables. The products delivered were exactly as on the picture, shipped on time and in perfect condition. Customer support was not only polite and in fast in replying, but also recommended matching chairs to the table I have chosen. I have ended buying the full set and am very happy and was replying. Highly recommend

Avoid shopping with this company
I placed my order for a marble coffee table late in the evening. I woke up the next day to find the order had been cancelled because Beauty Tables has mistakenly under-priced the item. Whilst the company offered a small discount (only after I complained in writing, not voluntarily) I shared that another company was selling the same product at a lower price and could the discount be applied on this basis. Beauty Tables then replied to tell me that I am welcome to shop elsewhere in that case. If you like wasting time, I recommend shopping with this company.

Whilst such instances are extremely rare when there is an obvious issue with pricing (ie real marble and glass versions of one of the collections had swapped prices), we do reserve the right to cancel the order as is stated in T&C. We are very sorry that rare occurrence has happened in your case. We have tried to go above and beyond to cause minimum inconvenience to your online shopping and voided the transaction with appropriate communications 8 minutes after you placed the order to cause you minimum disruption. We have also offered you a discount that we could afford based on the trade and delivery prices. We are sorry this was not enough for you and we could not match your price expectation. As mentioned your discount will be available for you if you wish so, just let us know.

The item was delivered whilst I was out and was left behind my partners car which I feel wasn't great as it could have been taken or anything. The instructions are a bit confusing

I am sorry the delivery company messed up your delivery and left it unattended - all deliveries should be signed by receiver unless you agreed otherwise with the courrier, so if you are out that would mean the delivery just won't be completed. We will look into why that happened. We have shared with you prior to the delivery tracking information with hourly slot when it was supposed to come as well as the link for you to make changes on your end if necessary to fit your schedule. We advise to check communications we share with our customers to make sure the delivery can go smoothly.
We would also be happy to hear your detailed feedback on which instructions were confusing to you to help us word them better in the future. Unfortunately this is the first time we hear that, so we would welcome your constructive feedback - please feel free to send us an email to info@beautytables.co.uk pointing out the confusion and we will be happy to act on it. Not 'outstanding customer service' !!
I have been trying to make contact with this company all week both by phone and message, but to no avail.
There is no introduction on the phone, it just goes straight to annoying music.
What a joke that they pride themselves on customer service which is 'second to none' What a joke!!

Whilst it would be of limited comfort to you, we are working on a major overhaul of a website and phone systems and we do apologise that the welcoming message hasn't been put in place yet. Regarding your messages - could you please clarify where did you leave them as we cannot see any messages on our phone or email?

I am over the moon with our console table.
