I had my system installed in March, and Arbi made everything incredibly easy. Given the extensive renovation work at my home, the entire house needed rewiring, and the system couldn’t be powered or commissioned at that time. Arbi promised to return once I was ready, and the system would be commissioned then.
Fast forward nearly five months, after completing all the demolition and reinstatement, and with the dust finally settled, I was ready to power up the system. I reached out to Arbi, and true to his word, Brad was on-site a couple of weeks later. The system is now running perfectly!

I used Airconcool to have aircon system installed in my 3-bed detached house after suffering from 28C+ temperatures when working from home. Despite their busy schedule in the middle of summer, they went above and beyond to book me in as soon as possible. On the day of the installation, they sent two engineers to do the work and completed it well ahead of time with minimal disruption. Afterwards they removed all the packaging and debris, tested the system and demonstrated how it works. Very professional, knowledgeable and experienced lads. Extremely pleased with the service and price! 5 Stars from me!

I had a great pleasure dealing with Airconcool recently to install air conditioning into my kitchen. Engineers were lovely and on time. I was surprised how fast this can be done because they were in at 9am and out by 2pm same day. Left everything exactly as it was before. Highly recommend!

We had 3 ACs installed by Brad recently. He was very polite, professional, friendly and helpful, explaining the elements of the installation and also giving me some useful tips on how to maintain the air conditioners in the future. Overall, the service by Airconcool was good and excellent communication throughout. I contacted this company after reading all of the reviews on this site; however it seems that I have been the unlucky one, because unfortunately my experience was definitely not worth 5 stars.
I was initially impressed with the site visit, quotation etc... But on the day that the air cons were due to be installed, I was sent a text to say that they could not make it because of some issue with the van. I wasn't happy that I had taken the day off work, but these things happen, so I asked whether it would be possible to arrange another date, and was told that there were no dates available. To be fair I did get my deposit back, which is positive. However I felt that the whole thing was a complete waste of my time, when I could have gone elsewhere!
If a company is unreliable, that is definitely a red flag for me, because in my opinion that is just as important as carrying out the actual job.
Anyway, it all worked out in the end, because I contacted a well known reputable company whom did an amazing job!

Top notch service, engineers turned up on time did a splendid job, cleaned up and showed me how the system worked, super impressed!

Will never excuse myself for wasting this long getting air conditioning fitted. I had never realised it is such a simple process. I was extremely anxious at first but thank you to Airconcool for sorting this out so quickly and seamless. Engineers came in the morning and fitted 2 units in less than a day. It was as if they never were here once they left. 5 Star work!
