I received my Bebonia curly extensions…
I received my Bebonia curly extensions and they are not what I thought. I watched each tutorial and followed each steep by step to curl the extensions and they won’t curl correctly. I’m disappointed that I cannot receive the ringlets that I need. I cannot curl the extensions to the correct texture.

Do not use this company ,bad customer service but ok to take your hard earned money.very expensive hair extensions .
Bebonia are not a good company for customer service at all that asked me for photos of the tangled wefts that i got so frustrated with i chucked them in the bin and didnt think to take a photo of them at the time.They treat you like as if your a liar.Bel hair extensions are so much better in my opinion.I now have a better quality set if curly hair extensions that i can wear with confidence.Thanks for nothing Bebonia .

Advised wrongly
I was colour matched and texture matched wrong. Luckily I decided against the texture suggestion but unfortunately followed the colour suggested by Bebonia. The hair is way too dark and the only option I was given was to send the item back and reorder. I had already paid over £100 VAT and delivery and would then have to pay for send the item back and then pay for the VAT and delivery all over again for new hair. Now my only option is to dye my own hair (which I don’t want to do as I purchased extensions to enable me to grow my own hair) or dye the extensions (which would ruin them).

It appears that the lighting in the images provided made your hair look a bit darker, which may have affected the color match suggestion. We always include a sample weft with your order — so you can check the color, texture, and length before fully committing. Regarding the VAT and delivery fees, we completely understand how frustrating those added costs can be. Unfortunately, those charges are determined by your local customs and shipping carrier. We are happy to accept a return of your extensions as long as they meet our return criteria. We’ll also be reviewing our recommendation methods to ensure we’re providing the best possible guidance and continuing to improve. Our goal is always to make sure you feel supported and cared for throughout your hair journey, and we’re here to help however we can.

I have purchased from Bebonia many times so I am very confident in their product. I order from the UK so it is not cheap, however for me they are worth every penny as I cannot find the same quality elsewhere,they do however last me a long time.

No waves, flat and color stains
Definitely not the same hair from 3 years ago color washing leaves my sink with wash off black color the hair quality's and texture is flat no waves at all really disappointed

I have never been responded to after four emails sent and I have never been offered another color I have never been asked.I sent four messages and still am awaiting a response.
