Hair tangles too easily after washing…
Hair tangles too easily after washing or getting in a pool or if you have your windows down with the wind blowing ur hair . Bought it twice . First time they said it was my fault because I straightened it. Second time I didn’t straighten but went in the pool and it got soooo tangled. Had to throw away.

The most unhelpful customer service. You ask a question and they respond with a vague and useless response until you ask the question so specifically that they just don't respond.

Customer service very reliable and fast. But I still have not recieved my hair extensions as it has almost been 2 weeks. I have contacted bebonia and they told me to contact ups which I have had, and there is no package to be found. I had ordered beforehand, so I know the product is good. I will not be buying from this brand again if I don’t get my money back or the hair sent to me. Thank you

Amazing Quality!
Amazing hair! The last time I bought hair from Benonia, it lasted me 9 months - its still great and only buying new hair now because my hair has recovered from being straightened and is more curly so I need the curly hair rather than the spiral! Amazing quality!

I LOVE my bebonias
I LOVE my bebonias, they are so soft and easy to style.
I know that the website says to style them and your hair before putting them in, but I've been doing the curly girl method with them already installed and I think it blends it better.
Overall they are some of the best extentions I've ever gotten, let alone naturally curly extentions.
