I have purchased from them in the past…
I have purchased from them in the past with no issues but this time, the hair was of very poor quality. It snagged and was so dry. I had to literally pull the extensions apart after wearing them for even short periods of time. I contacted customer service and they suggested some products. I took their advice but to no avail. They asked for a photo and I sent it to them. Twice. They refuse to answer now. This is a terrible way to treat a loyal customer. I would not recommend them. It's Amazon quality. The quality of hair has definitely gone downhill. I wasted hundreds of dollars and have only been able to wear the hair twice.

Honestly a waste of my money
Honestly a waste of my money, the ends are dry of the hair as well as it being very thin, so only the top of the extensions are thick, the colour match is what made it worse, It did not match my hair even though the picture looked exactly like my hair colour. Save your money and grow your hair

Do Not Trust Their Website’s Reviews!
I ordered from this company twice, and both times the hair was unwearable after 3 washes. It became dry and frizzy and would matt like crazy. I left a negative review on their site and they removed it.
