IfI could give it a negative I would. After being charged for services which were already paid for, they refused to fix my website which went down, refused to answer any communications and then suspended the site

Seriously the worst two years experience, costing well over $1000, and my website still is not up and running - its always something. Staff all seem to make these promises and not deliver. Finally after 15mnths thought I had it working, and it hasn't been for 6 months - now demanding a refund, lodging complaint with consumer protection and the ombudsman. Should of just use wix and did it myself

I am writing this review to warn others about the fraudulent web design company called BeBrandify. I hired them to design a new website for my business, and they were nothing but a nightmare to work with.

The first red flag was their pricing. They were significantly cheaper than any other web design company I had looked at, which should have been a warning sign. However, I was desperate to get a new website up and running, so I decided to give them a chance.

From the very beginning, the communication was poor. They were slow to respond to my emails and phone calls, and they often made promises that they didn't keep. For example, they told me that they would have my website completed in two weeks, but it ended up taking them six months!

The final product was also a disappointment. The website was not what I had asked for, and it was full of errors. I tried to contact them to get the website fixed, but they stopped responding to my requests.

I eventually filed a chargeback with my credit card company, and I was able to get my money back. However, I am still out the time and effort that I wasted on this company.

I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring BeBrandify to do your research first. They are a SCAM, and they will only waste your time and money.

Worst people I’ve come across … I get 20-30 spam emails a day from them . They set it up and make money from it . When I asked for them to stop it they ignore me blocked my calls and leave on read .
I know you’re reading this and those spam emails are ridiculous.
Guys do yourself a favour and do not use this company too much stress they will set you up for failure .

They promised to build a website for us in 10days. 2 months down the line no website. They camouflage with different brand names like webignites, cloud computing so you don't identify them. They went into my accounts and committed fraud. Stay away. I know they might try to hide this review

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!! DO NOT USE BE BRANDIFY!!! I hired them last year and 6 months to date, I NEVER received anything from them besides broken promises, headaches and stress and wasted money! All they did was promise me this and that while asking for more and more money…… I paid more than 3 thousand dollars for a dropshipping business website and now I’m out of my money and time with nothing to show for it! I don’t know how people sleep at night doing this to people!! SO SAD!! I filed a claim with my bank and they tried to dispute it and nothing they can do after the investigation was completed other than tell me to write reviews and take them to small claims court!! Please don’t waste your time and money with these scammers it’s so unfortunate how they treat people, they will promise you the world and suck your dry!!! Anyone who knows an attorney that I can hire for this matter let me know! I am a single mom who just wanted to start an online dropshipping business and they took advantage of me!!! Sick people!!

Bebrandify is a total joke . The Webiste is apparently completes yet I am getting constant spam mail which they set up . Not only that . I have asked to speak to a manager and they just ignore me . I am also unable to build my Webiste further as they have not shown me around it . Which is absolutely normal thing to do . I have asked for my money back or some sort of help and I just get ignored ! DO NOT use this company

When needing to design a website for my new business i turned to bark for some guidance, that is where i got in touch with Bebrandify. Carol was massive help throughout the whole process and continues to help me out now. Any request i have he intends as soon as he can and helps me with my needs. I highly recommend Bebrandify & Carol if you are looking to create a site for a business

Unfortunately the payment I made to BeBrandify didn't include the brick wall I would have needed to relieve the mental anguish I experienced dealing with their incompetence.
I also don't have a website after 5 months and being passed along to 3 different project managers who have now decided to ghost me.
Disinterested in listening to and incorporating what I wanted.
Entirely unprofessional. A waste of time, money and emotional resources.

Nathan explains everything and provided me with a number of concept logo’s and listened to me . The final logo image is excellent and the price very fair.

Still working on site as last minute request before Christmas, so really looking forward to the final product.

These guys are scam artists... do not trust the 5☆ reviews... they just cost me a whole lot of heartache!! DO NOT TAKE A CALL FROM THEM. They called me because I did a search on BARK.com for a web designer. BARK is also very very dodgy.. do not use bark.com they are all in the scam business!!!!

Nathan and Ryan were very efficient throughout the whole process. They provided me with a number of concept logo’s and listened to my feedback. Turnaround was super quick and my final logo image is excellent quality in all formats. Pricing was spot on and I will be using them again for my other business.
