Wrong item.
Ordered an oval moses basket mattress and received a rectangle mattress. The company got in contact with me quickly and offered to rectify the situation by sending me a new mattress and explained it would've been an issue with their packing team. They were polite and quick to fix their mistake. Opted for a refund, they took a while to respond however have sent an email and a WhatsApp message confirming my refund had been processed (now just waiting for it to go into my account) . I appreciate the good service but am still disappointed there was a mistake to fix in the first place.

Mattress Topper
Mattress topper wasn't the best quality. It was pretty flat. Like a lot of these mattress toppers online, the are advertised as really thick, but you get them home and they are pretty thin.
Good customer service and a full refund was provided swiftly, however I had to pay to return it, which cost me £8.99 (not reimbursed). So overall I give 3 stars.

The pillow's arrived on time.They are ok to sleep on fluff up easy.Please could you state a pack has only one pillow it would help a lot.

It’s taken 2 weeks to tell me the product is out of stock! I have no email from the 11th all folders double checked the last email was sent on the 10th saying it must be the couriers fault! Please issue a full refund to hit my account today Friday 13th. Buyer Beware.

I ordered on 30th November received an email to say dispatched on 3rd December. The tracking hasn’t updated since, Royal Mail just says we are expecting it!! Tried contacting Bedding Roysl via the WhatsApp chat and email but not had any response?? But then get a Trustpilot link to write a review on my product that I’ve not received? I needed the item for my daughter’s surprise room.
