I ordered a duck down king size duvet…
I ordered a duck down feather king size duvet which was lovely & warm to start with.
After about 2 weeks my carpet is covered in feathers my duvet feels its getting thinner couldn't send back as already been used.
With that I ordered a gray king size cover for it when arrived it was black & dose not seem to fit the duvet snug.
I did not send the cover back as put straight on duvet & slept with it on.
Yes the cover was not the colour I chose but can live with that.
Our main concern is we will have to buy another duvet 🙄
Our last duvet lasted for well over 10 years.
Maybe need to buy a new Hoover as feathers are everywhere around the house 😬😳 I didnt need to Hoover everyday but am now as driving me crazy they are absolutely everywhere.
I have emailed customers service but as yet no reply.
I would like to Thank Bedding Royal for your help and sorting the problem all has been resolved.

Smells of damp!!
Purchased a Moses basket mattress for my six week old baby. Mattress arrived and absolutely stinks like damp. Messages sent and gone ignored. Extremely dangerous to even think of sending a matter that smells like damp for a baby!!

Ordered the 10cm extra thick mattress topper..well I'm glad I only paid £32.99 because it's not 10cm,and looks nothing like the pictures but does make the bed slightly more comfortable.
