Hiya, I called their customer service regarding my delivery which was scheduled for 06/11:25, which would have been too late. The lady on the other end of the phone was able to bring the date forward which will work well for me. I am so happy for that change!

Con artists - Misrepresenting on website

UPDATE - STILL NO RESOLUTION…DESPITE CONTACTING THE EMAIL ON THEIR RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW!

If I could leave zero I would.
Bed arrived, nothing like the picture shown. The picture of the bed I bought shows a floor standing headboard. There is no option as to which headboard to pick the options are ‘no headboard” and “with headboard” so you assume as any rational person would you are receiving the bed in the one photograph.
Nope. Bed was delivered with a cheap headboard that is on wooden struts which we all know break! It looks nothing like the one on the photo, it looks cheap.
Secondly the mattress, ordered a “LUXURY MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS” as described again you would expect “LUXURY” - NOPE. Mattress is less than 4 inches thick and you can feel the hard frame of the bed when you lay on it.
Now customer services are quite responsive however have advised if I want a luxury mattress which as standard should be 10-12 inches think I have to pay extra, oh and if you want the floor standing headboard that’s advertised when you buy the bed it’s an extra £50.

Absolutely rip off merchants , I wouldn’t pay £50 for this mattress let alone the £169 I have paid which by the way should be £330 RRP absolute joke, not enough thick enough that I’d give it the dog!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CON ARTIST COMPANY THEY MISREPRESENT ON THEIR WEBSITE AND DO NOT SEND A PRODUCT THAT IS AS SHOWN ON THEIT WEBSITE.
