My daughters bed was delivered and one…
My daughters bed was delivered and one of the parts was damaged. I emailed and they agreed to the new part to be delivered the next day. I had confirmation for delivery so waited in but no delivery arrived. I then messaged and they are now saying I have to wait till the 15th april before they can get the part delivered. My daughter is now left without a bed as its the footboard thats damaged so I cant fully assemble the bed without it. I was going to order my sons bed from them but wont be doing that now..

I ordered this bed last week
I ordered this bed last week, when bed came my partner put the bed up it wasn’t until I got home from work that I realised it was the wrong bed that was sent out, I have sent numerous emails and joined numerous online chats and I have still had nothing back from the seller.Terrible quality product and zero response from customer services. Seems like they get your money and couldn’t care less. Headboard arrived with jagged edges and covered in stains. Would give 0 stars if possible and advise everyone to swerve using this company. Do not waste your time as the bed that are being sold are clearly not the same item or quality they are selling online

Lack of order confirmation
I placed an order with this company late last night after being happy with the reviews I had read and the price and things.
I have been slightly concerned though that the only contact I have had is from the delivery company due to delivery the goods and not from beds.co.uk themselves.
I feel like there is a lack of info and have been concerned about no proof of payment or purchase.
I contacted the Live Chat service this morning and was put in touch with 'Ricky'. He pulled up my order info and confirmed the expected delivery date for me.
He also answered any other questions to help alleviate my concerns. He seems friendly and helpful and genuinely interested in what I had to say. Here's hoping everything goes to plan later in the week when the order is due. Thanks Ricky, fingers x'd! 🤩👍🏻

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. I sent an email to cancel my order and process my refund. Order placed 31 Mar 2026. Expecting that I would get an email to confirm cancellation and refund as well within my buying rights, I have received a battery of emails from Huzi saying before they can proceed with cancellation, would I consider not cancelling and get a 5% discount (I politely declined), then Huzi came back again with 7% as a 'goodwill gesture'. I have politely declined again, reiterating my initial request to outrightly cancel and refund my order. Customers have the right to cancel an online order, within 14 days, and I should not need to have to send 3 more emails to this company to chase my refund, regarding this matter, and to be spending time declining unsolicited counteroffers, couched as goodwill gestures that I did not ask for.
Update, 11/04: I have now emailed Sean via their resolutions email.
