On initial consultation we didn’t feel pressured into purchasing the product that we chose Cody and Phillip were very respectful gave us a number of options to choose from answered all our questions and gave us time to consider what we wanted to do before proceeding with our purchase.
The surveyer was friendly professional and discussed various options with us.
On the day of the fitting the team who arrived from Homesure were friendly respectfull and professional throughout sheeted down and prepared for install in every room prior to starting cleared up throughout the install and worked Brilliantly as a Team workmanship was faultless and took everything away at the end of the install . The only issue we had after they had gone was the back door started sqeeking on the hinges we contacted the company spoke to Rebecca who arranged for the problem to be resolved in less than 24hours no issues since .we were extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the product and would fully recommend Homesure Thankyou Homesure for the service you have provided.

The 2 men Duncan & Julian were very thorough and worked cleanly. They took all the old windows and doors away so no mess left at all. They even took time to speak to our 2 🐕 doggies. Would recommend Homesure to anyone thinking of getting new windows or doors.

O really fabulous service from Homesure....we did have a deals for two weeks from tje first dates advised as the door was delayed but all was well when the guys turned up to install. Windows look fabulous and the red door really stands out. Flat bay roof was also replaced. We're only done a couple of days ago but so far pleased with what has been done. Thanks to all

All staff have been professional, yet friendly. Swift timing - from the initial phone call through to completion was swift, but not rushed.
There was a slight error in the order, but it was corrected the next day - when all of the windows were finished off and the job completed.

We have just had 7 windows and 1 door installed by 2 very efficient and really helpful fitters. They cleaned up constantly throughout the installation and answered any questions we had. The two gentlemen were very polite, respectful and clean working. Very happy customers. We will definitely recommend Homesure to our family, friends, and neighbours, thankyou again

Company is great, workman were fantastic and all their staff are very professional. The work has been done to a high standard and looks absolutely fantastic. The frames, windows and door are all nice and shiny and definitely uplifts the property. Staff keep in touch so that you know what is going on. Would definitely recommend them as a firm to deal with for this kind of work.

A very professional and positive experience from start to finish. The sales pitch was a bit long winded but must admit that being able to ask questions and see a sample of the quality of the windows helped to sway my decision and sign up. Everything ran very smoothly and the dates given to me were adhered to with no delays or changes. The window fitters Duncan and Julian knew what they were doing, worked hard all day and got round all problems with replacing 30 year old windows that had previously been very badly fitted in my older property. I got the feeling that nothing was too much trouble, no corners were cut and everything was finished to perfection without rushing. I thought that I was going to begrudge paying for new windows as they wouldn't be very exciting but I was wrong! No more traffic noise, no more howling wind and curtain movement and I'm confident these well fitted new windows will keep my home warmer in winter. A 5***** service from Homesure and I couldn't be more delighted with my new windows.
