Cheap knock off from China! Paid £54.99 for crap! They are made so poorly! The heal is supposed to be Cork, heal is covered in a Cork print, so badly put on, I'm sure these shoes will fall apart the first time anyone wears them. The strap with the holes in to do them up won't go through the buckle to do them up because it's too thick, and not enough strap anyway!

I was just going to place an order, had it in my basket and had to confirm payment, THEN I read the returns Policy which states: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. These costs can lead up to £35. I've had a luck escape. Thank you review writers, not seen such bad review before.

Leather jacket. Looked great in advert, but very disappointed in product.
Couldn't get a return address from seller, they said the address was somewhere abroad. Can you belive it. They offered me 10% off my next oder instead, yeah right!
I sent it back to yodel, and waiting to hear from my credit card.

I would have given 5 stars but it took longer than expected for delivery. Shoes are extremely good quality and a perfect fit. I will definitely buy again.

Shocking, the goods are not as described. The customer service is Boardering bullying. Do not use them.

If I could have given zero stars for service and quality then I would. Do not buy from this company.
The goods took ages to arrive and were of very poor quality. They looked nothing like the pictures and the fabrics were very cheap and nasty.
I have emailed 3 times to try and organise a refund and so far have had no response despite the fact that they say that they offer refunds. Criminal!

No stars at all given for this company. The product was very poorly made. Stitching coming undone and they smelled of glue. Offered me a refund if I sent them back but it would cost a fortune to do. Had to accept a 30% refund and kept the product which no doubt would have fallen apart with one wear. DO NOT BUY FTOM THEM EVER.

I tried to return a coat but offered me 25% refund to avoid a return once I looked at the coat properly the stitching was terrible I then asked to return the item and asked for full refund where they refused coat hasn’t even been taken out of it’s packaging.
They will do everything to avoid giving you a full refund! Please avoid buying from them

Do NOT purchase from this company. Goods are cheap and poor quality and I am now in contact with the consumer ombudsman to obtain a refund as this supplier is ignoring my emails.

They show a 30 day money back guarantee on their website but charge 50% of your purchase to unsuitable return goods! Apparently it costs £30 to send a parcel back!!

Just dont buy from them. I tried to cancel the order, they refused even though it hadnt been shipped yet. They ship from China so you cant return without losing a fortune - which they are obviously aware of, hence their refusal to cancel the order. The quality is worse than youd find in a street market, and needless to say looks nothing like the photos. Disgusting.

absolutely nothing like the picture on computer,awfull material then difficult to return,this company kept my money for weeks before i finally got some of it back. why are more warning not out to general buyers

Ordered shoes that eventually arrived and look nothing like the pictures on the website. Really really wish I had checked the reviews first before buying. I've been emailing back and forth trying to get a refund to no avail. Same as every other review on here you can't return them as it would cost too much!!

I don’t even rate one star. Please do not use this company, absolutely dishonest. The skirt I received (nearly £50) was nylon sh.., & had what looked like bleach stains down the front. I’ve spoken to 4 different people via email & they offered 40% refund. If I send it back(to China!) I would get a refund of £8 after postage!! I’m so angry with myself because I usually check websites but they call themselves Belezza UK & for some reason, to my cost, I didn’t check :(

I actually give no stars, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. All the products are from china so you can't return them without it costing you a fortune, so there is no returns policy. Also, the item I ordered was a copy and was shabby and cheap, the sizing was all wrong, I ordered medium, it was child size, all they would refund me was 50% so I'll loose Over £15 if they do actually refund anything. They do not tell you before you buy anywhere that your order is coming from China, and when I asked, they would not give me a straight answer, they only advertise a email address which is a uk email there is nothing else. I reiterate DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Sent a pair of shoes without a box, crushed into a small package. It arrives damaged and on top of all of that, it was the wrong size

Never buy anything in a hurry... I have been trying to cancel/get a refund for weeks on a pair of what I thought to be Dr Martens boots which were sent in a plastic bag (no box). Still going round in circles with customer services and have no hope of ever seeing my refund, I feel.

I ordered sinclair doc Martins , I dont by fake stuff and could have got fake docs on Ebay for 40 pound I thought this company was legit paid 98 pound for the boots they took 3 weeks to get here I tried to cancel the order 3 times when they turned up there clearly fake !!! Dont order from this company!!
