Absolut tat. The dress dispatched was a cheap nylon copy of the dress shown on the website.

I am usually very careful of the sites that I buy from, but this first time I have been caught out. All the items that I ordered are not as they appear on their site. After waiting for weeks to arrive I am very disappointed with the items, the feel, look and the quality is very poor. After emailing and texting and trying to call on their phone, there is no answer at all, with their customers serves to try to get a refund code or address to return all the items.
They offered me 50% refund which I have refused, as I do not want these items and some are the wrong size.
In the uk we have a 30 day money back guarantee policy which this company is refusing to acknowledge. I have reported them to all the relevant authorities.
I am very disappointed and angry losing my hard earned money to this company.

I also bought the Grey hoody cardigan that came in the mail last evening that I ordered on the 9 June, what a disappointment OMG, and if I could post pictures of this garment you will be horrified, you can see all the faults the loose knit and so much bobble all over it is unbelievable.
DO NOT BUY from Belezza uk they are a total SCAM.
I have informed the fraud department about Belezza uk.
In the end I opt out for 50% refund as I was unsure if I had returned all the items would I get any money back at all.

This company it is absolutely scam. I have ordered a suit and after I received it I have tried it on and the item doesn’t fit me. I have contacted them to order it and guess what did they tell me that I have ordered thorough a different web site and does not exist any orders under my name that is absolutely hilarious. They do not allow to return the item back due to them knowing that this is a scam web site

Wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering, complete scam. I ordered 2 pairs of orthopedic trainers, they are plastic and not fit for purpose and they make it impossible to return the items.

The item I ordered was a linen shirt (size L). What arrived after almost 3 weeks was a polyester, flimsy shirt & short set....for about a size 8!
My original item was no longer on the site. After email tennis..I managed to get only half my money back.
Duped by the original blurb about family run UK site..lesson learnt😲 - read reviews before buying.

Disgusting do not buy from them they lie about their product and they play mind games when you try to return items . Bought soft leather trainers .. plastic when they arrived .. they had no intention of giving a refund .. avoid avoid avoid. I ended up telling them to keep my money they must be in more need if it than me . Hope karma hits them hard.

Please do not buy any "cashmere "cardigans as they are 100% polyester. You paying lots of money for cheap stuff from China. Returning cost more than actual cost of item. Very poor quality

Photos on website look great but in reality what you get is absolutely rubbish cannot return as it will cost more than item worth also website very misleading do not buy it's a con

DO NOT ORDER. Total scam. Based in China - send you terrible items and then impossible to refund. I am gutted I didn't spot this.

I have never seen such a dodgy Chinese company! I believed I was buying from a UK-based company, but it turns out they’re based in China. The quality of the products is very poor, and returning them is extremely expensive as they must be sent back to China. Customer service was not helpful and gave misleading information. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I wish I’d looked at reviews first before buying from this company. £40 plus shoes arrived in a plastic bag not a box as you would expect. Shoes too big so I decided to return them. I contacted this company to be advised I would be responsible for return payment, that’s not unusual so I was ok with that. What I did object to was been told it could cost me up to £35 as the items have to be returned to the country they originated from and not the Uk. Will never order from this company again

Ordering from this company was my worst nightmare. What you see on their website is not what you get. The name of the company is also misleading as I thought I was ordering from a company the UK. The clothes I ordered were either too small or too big and quality of the materials were way inferior. I was not provided with a return address and I am still waiting for a refund. Please DO NOT order from Belezza UK. My rating is actually 0 but I did not have the option to do so.

Do not buy from this company. The website looks highly trustworthy, all about the Belezza family and how everything is high-quality, but what you get will be super cheap and nasty. I ordered two pairs of supposedly leather shoes that looked lovely on the website and were quite pricey. What came was absolute trash, made from cheap fake leather that smelled toxic and looked absolutely awful. The sizes didn't match either even though they were supposed to be the same. It will be difficult to get a refund, as items have to be sent o Bukarest, Rumania, at one's own cost. Would that be throwing good money after bad? Probably...

Don't understand the negative reviews had a problem with my order and it whas sorted straight away and a new one sent out will use this company again no problem

The straps are not adjustable.

If I could give no stars I would. I have waited many weeks to finally get a partial refund so have held back until now. Do not engage or order anything from this website. Order placed beginning of May, nothing for weeks, when chasing up daily was given the brush off via standard emails. Couldn't cancel the order and was told it was my responsibility to chase Yodel - no, it's not my responsibility, my contract was with you and not Yodel (read the laws regarding consumer online purchase). Icing on the cake that when I finally received the delivery, I said the shoes weren't what I expected and wanted to return them, was advised of a £35 refund charge! Their suggestion was to give me a discount on a further purchase, do they really think I want to order anything from them again? Never have I been treated so appallingly by an online retailer. Bunch of sharks
