Danielle in the Oranmore Store was so kind and helpful in dealing with us. As first time parents-to-be it can be very daunting but Danielle put us both at ease straight away and answered all our questions. She was very knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend her more!

The girls in store were so helpful, can't remember one of the girls names but the other was Katie in the oranmore store she was really helpful for me and my husband picking a travel system for our first child. We got a demo picking up the travel system today which has helped us understand how it will work practically. Only place I could find the joolz brand travel systems too. We've bought another few items of baby stuff from them also at good prices. Would recommend to anyone in the west of Ireland, they are filling a much needed gap in the market as there isn't many physical baby shops at all around with good quality brands!

Possibly the in store experience is better than the online one. The website makes claim to a next day delivery promise on orders placed before 12 noon. I've only ordered from this website twice and on both occasions, orders placed before 12 noon... no next day delivery. My first order I was waiting close to a week, and i continue to wait for my second order to arrive. The first instance was blamed on DPD, fair enough, courier companies can be busy, things get missed, no biggie, however, I'm back in the same position again, my order should have been delivered today, I've contacted DPD and they haven't even received the order into their network from the shop. It's disappointing just be warned if you need something in a hurry this doesn't seem to be the place to get it.

I am very difficult customer, but all ladies who are working in Bella Baby are so nice, lovely and so helpful even the gentlemen who fitted our car seat in the car. I have changed my mind with color of our cybex like 3 times and there was never a problem to change it. They answered all questions and they made you feel - no question is stupid question. Highly recommending this shop.

Bought the iCandy Peach7 travel bundle, cybex t i size car seat and isofix from Bella Baby in Galway. Anytime we came into the store, we were given lots of attention and advice. We had a small issue with the car seat before baby arrived, and were disappointed as it was quite expensive, but a replacement was sent directly to our home without any delay and at no inconvenience to us. Couldn't recommend them more. Very happy with customer care and service.

We just had a wonderful experience with Jess at your Cork store. As first time parents, we were very daunted by all the kit we need to buy for a baby but Jess immediately put us at ease. Jess talked us through all of our options and we were ended up with the travel system we needed. Being able to pay in instalments is also hugely helpful. Thank you so much to Jess!

I’ve bought from Bella Baby many times since having my two daughters and every time they have provided great service with friendly staff on the phone for advice and then prompt delivery the next day. Recently had a fault in Stoke product and they replaced immediately and I had a new tray the next day. Couldn’t fault them.

There was a slight mishap with my online order however dealing with Sharon today was an absolute dream. She resolved the issue with the highest customer service I have ever received. We chatted and she gave me product recommendations and kindly sent me info via email. This lady is a gem to the company and I hope Sharon gets the recognition that she deserves.

Could not recommend Bella Baby in Galway any higher. All the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! They took the time to explain all our options and made sure we got the right products for us! They gave tutorials on how to use everything and provided some very practical tips. This was the first Baby Shop I went into and I never went anywhere else. The team, their knowledge, their understanding was and is amazing. You really feel that your business is appreciated. I can honestly say that Eleanor is professional, so capable and so easy to deal with. She has been part of my journey in becoming a mother during pregnancy and afterwards.
