A massive thanks to Bella Baby for organising a replacement part for my 4 year old out of warranty buggy during the lockdown and having it delivered right to my door. An amazing service and we are truly grateful.

Really impressed with Bella Baby. I’ve ordered a few times now & received my orders quite quickly. One item was out of stock and the team at Bella Baby were extremely quick to resolve this. Really happy. Will definitely shop again x

Great customer service
Unfortunately the courier service lost the parcel. Bella Baby contacted them straight away to resolve the issue and sent out another stroller which arrived the next day! I also received very quick replies to my emails. I am very impressed by such great customer service and would definitely recommend! Thanks Bella Baby :)

Cheapest I could find for expensive car seats, fast delivery
I needed two car seats for my twins. Bella Baby had the best price of these, by far. I wondered if there was something shifty about them because the price was a good 20% cheaper than elsewhere and seemed too good to be true. But they seemed legit, so I pulled the trigger.
2 days later the car seats were delivered by DPD. Zero issues and I'm very pleased.

I don’t want to have to write here but I’m getting no response from your customer service emails. I get no reply from one email address I have for you and my emails bounce back as undeliverable to a further two email addresses

Amazing customer service!
From my initial enquiry about a travel cot to the delivery and after care I can honestly say I have had the best service! Before my purchase Clodagh (could be incorrect spelling) was super quick at replying to my questions with accurate and r reliable information. Now i must mention my purchase was not an ecpensive one but i got the impression from her that every customer was important and treated this well. She even telephoned to say that the cot would not be sent out the next day but the following day instead and refunded my delivery fee and day it was due to arrive she emailed to check. Most companies dont put any effort in so this was very refreshing. I love my travel cot thank you :))
