Items were recieved within the time frame. They were both pretty, but just not the quality I was after for this specific occassion. Asked for a return / refund which was handled really quickly and efficiently, and I was even told to keep the products. Customer service is definitely great!

I was very impressed by the quick response to an enquiry I had which was dealt with very promptly - and politely. Would absolutely buy from them again - plus the baby clothes I ordered are beautiful.

Still haven’t received my order. Received no confirmation email and still waiting on an email to inform of shipping/ delivery! Have tried to contact them however no response as of yet. They were quick to take money from account.

Absolutely stunning items and amazing quality. Communication and delivery is fast and their customer service is excellent. Will be purchasing again, highly recommend :)

The item came faulty - it was missing a vital button hole. The fit was awful. Was way way too wide and when I tried contacting them regarding returns I got no reply from either the email address provided or the live chat.

Cheap products shipped from China, not as nice as advertised online. I managed to get a refund but I would not order from them again.

Very disappointed to have ordered what I thought was a beautiful quality product. I waited weeks for shipping only for the package to get delivered to my sisters whom it was a gift for. The package arrived from china im cheap cellophane. It looked cheap and I felt sad I purchased from this company. I contacted them to state my dissatisfaction and they shrugged it off. I was expected it to arrive from the uk wrapped in a quality way as it looked on website. Not cheap items from china.

Shocking. Website implies this is a British company but the products come from China but there is absolutely no mention of that. It comes in cheap packaging with Chinese on it and there is NO branding on it. It looks cheap and nasty. It also takes a long time to arrive. The pictures on the website and FB page imply quality, but this is not even close the reality. Stay clear. This is a complete scam.

This website is an absolute shambles. They say 2 weeks for delivery...it’s been a whole month since I ordered and I still haven’t Received anything. My baby is due in the next few days and I had ordered an outfit as a coming home outfit. I had no idea it would be coming from China. I was under the impression that it’s a UK based company.
Save your money folks, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Absolutley loved the clothes i got for my baby girl. High quality items that look, fit and feel great! Will def recommend to family and friends. Delivery took a little longer than usual but was well worth the wait.

Absolute terrible service. No communication as to delivery. Then only part of it turned up. No card with the present to say who it was from (I am in NZ and ordered online) despite me filling one in. Nothing to say on website that the items would come from China. Turned up with all Chinese writing on it. The only thing I did get was a refund for the item that was not delivered. STEER CLEAR!

Nothing stated on the website that the item would be getting delivered from china. The quality was absolutely awful. So glad I went through PayPal for a refund, don't waste your money.

Ordered a cardigan from this company. Selected age 1-2yrs. It’s so enormous it’s even too big for my nearly 3 year old. No mention on their website that this was coming from China, and it’s made of cheap acrylic (the label states 100% acrylic!), even though the website says it’s made of cotton.
Have emailed them twice and no response.

Ordered an item over a month ago and it recently arrived from China.I emailed the company and after 5 days got a generic response. The quality of the item is very low and almost see through.

They have no contact number, only an email address and a chatbot. Extremely disappointed!

Finally received my order today after over 2 weeks. Despite being happy with the item the quality could be better. Also, I’m not impressed that the toy giraffe I ordered was stuffed and crumpled up into a small postage bag to a quarter of its size. I’m just hoping it will straighten out! I wouldn’t order from this shop again, especially taking into account the other reviews on here.

Ordered from these and received nothing, they took the money and refuse to respond to emails or any other form of contact. The only correspondence I have received was for them was an automated message to tell me my order didn’t exist, yet I have confirmation from them confirming my order, a tracking number and they have taken the money

I have not heard from the company since ordering my items. There online system is saying my order does not exist yet I have confirmation via text message and an order number. I have emailed and had no reply but the money has been taken from my account.

Really cute baby clothes and good customer service. Worth the wait!
