A star is too much

This company does not even deserve a star review, please please don’t buy from them horrible experience missing parts, costumer service doesn’t even exist never reply, and if reply very rude still waiting parts from China god knows when I will get them. Kitchen that cost me more than £500 should have excellent service. Just avoid if you don’t want headaches and children devastated because they don’t send items or is missing stuff !!! People buy these for gifts and you cannot even build if they miss half of the stuff, is just disgusting!!!

TERRIBLE COMPANY. Never received my order.

Wow. I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this TERRIBLE company. I ordered a kitchen for my daughters birthday and it never arrived, I have had no replies to my emails and their website doesn’t even work properly.

I purchased a robud work bench for my grandson as a Christmas present. It was ideal and he loved it. Unfortunately the screwdriver broke in his hand which could have caused injury to him as it was splintered.
I got in touch with customer service and they didn’t reply if sent a photo of broken object.
I emailed them again and told they always reply so check my junk. I checked nothing there. I again contacted them and said to resend their email. They didn’t reply if.
The email said they would send a new one but id have to pay shipping and it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. I told them this was unacceptable as item must have been faulty to have snapped so easily. They say I still have to pay shipping.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN

Avoid! Products may look lovely, but arrive damaged

Please avoid buying anything from Robud. I've placed 2 orders from them (directly and via Amazon), both deliveries resulted in damaged products, and time consuming back and forths with their customer services.

On 8th November we purchased 4 play kitchen units from Robud for £300+. The items arrived, however, after inspection we noticed some of the parts were damaged with scuff marks, chipped corners and edges, or dented.

I emailed Robud's customer services with photos of 6 highly damaged parts and requested either new units to be sent, or single replacement parts. They offered me a £30 refund, or the replacement parts. We asked for the replacement parts. They said these would be shipped immediately.

On 23rd November I contacted Robud for an update as the parts had not arrived and we hadn't heard anything. They informed me the parts were all out of stock and they were working with their warehouse to restock. I informed them this was a Christmas gift for our children and we needed the parts as soon as possible.

On 14th December I contacted them again for an update. On 15th December they informed me the parts were back in stock and had been shipped. I was provided a tracking number - however the tracking never seemed to update from 'awaiting collection.'

On 17th December I contacted Robud again for information on the shipment. I was informed "there was a situation where the logistics and tracking number and no information is updated. This is normal. Please don't worry, you can wait patiently for about 2-3 days."

On 22nd December I contacted Robud AGAIN for an update as we're nearing Christmas and I'm becoming anxious as this is our children's main Christmas present. They replied "We have found that the part you ordered is currently out of stock. We are in the process of acquiring it from our main warehouse in China and will ship it to you as soon as possible."

I have asked for a partial refund of the order as compensation for the inconvenience, wasted time and stress this has caused.

It's such a shame as the products themselves are very nice, and I found the quality is good (our old John Lewis play kitchen was very similar quality.) It just seems they parts are not quality checked or packaged correctly for transportation.

Foolishly I also purchased a Robud product via Amazon a few weeks ago, which arrived with broken pieces. I returned the item and was refunded in full.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from Robud with small pieces as I do not trust the longevity of these items. If they can break easily they are not suitable for young children.

Excellent customer service

Happy to award a 5 star rating to this company based on how quickly and easily they refunded a £200 payment when the delivery company lost the product.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I ordered a holiday gift for a toddler and the box arrived completely smashed and all the pieces have massive scratches and dents. Suki in Customer service won’t send me a new item and are incredibly rude over email. Do not order from them, there’s no phone number and everything ships from a sketchy international warehouse.

I starten var jeg ikke overbevist om denne stormy på grund af AI-billederne. Men jeg tog chancen. Jeg er meget positivt overrasket, for legetøjet er virkelig smukt og solidt lavet. Derudover kom forsendelsen meget hurtigt – på få dage.

Ordered a kitchen 2 weeks ago for my little girls birthday present. Delivery said 3-7 days, 2 weeks went by I sent an email asking where it was they responded a day later saying it’s out of stock they’ll refund me. Don’t waste your time! My little girls birthday has been and gone and I’ve been waiting for this for no reason!!

We ordered a post kitchen for our son’s birthday on 6th Aug 2025. When putting it together the night before one item was missing and two parts were damaged. I raised this immediately with Robud. After back and fourths with me explaining what the exact parts were they finally sent them out for the courier to deliever. On 5th Sep I still hadn’t received the parts. We were then told the parcel delivery was unsuccessful, after I asked why as we had not been notified of delivery and also I work at home so no one tried to deliver this. I was told further that my package was delivered ‘abnormally’ and that they can only proceed after the package returns to their overseas warehouse! Once they receive it there they will then send out a replacement but if I don’t receive the dispatch email of the replacement after 2 weeks of it being back at the warehouse!! Then I had to get back in contact for a refund or reissue. I complained and asked for the parts to be sent again immediately but to my parents address. They ‘processed’ this request and it never arrived! Now the parcel has been apparently been diverted to a parcel shop to collect, they gave me a tracking number but it dosent even work! It is now 23rd September and I am non the wiser on whether we are going to recieve the parts to fix my sons 2nd birthday present. Do not order from Robud, because if you have to deal with their customer care you will get an awful experience it’s not worth it!!
