After placing an order I was e-mailed days later to say one of the items was no longer in stock. Very disappointed.

Both pairs of trousers had issues

Both pairs of trousers had issues. The button holes on the back pockets were much too small for the buttons. I had to replace the buttons in order to be able to fasten the pockets. There was no friction as I managed the alterations myself, rather than contacting Bellfield. Irritating though!

Poor quality, terrible customer service. Do not buy.

The WORST. My wife got me a brand new Bellfield Mountain Expedition Series winter coat for Christmas 2018. After wearing it for less than 2 months, the coat started to fall apart, all the seams are coming off and the zipper lining just broke off. I only had this jacket for 6 weeks and its absolutely unacceptable. I contacted Bellfield and it took a week for Dan to get back to me after I wrote them again. It was clear that Dan did not read anything I wrote because I already explained the situation with photos. After I told Dan (again) about my POOR QUALITY coat, he simply said "oh you bought the coat at a shop, not from us directly so we are not going to help you". No apology, no solution, no follow ups. Are you serious Bellfield? You are going to make these CHEAP quality clothing with your brand proudly displayed and charge a high price and it falls apart in 6 weeks and you are just gonna tell me it's not your problem? I messaged Dan again to express my dissatisfaction and he chose to simply ignore me. No replies, no offer of apology, no offer of credit / discount / repair, nothing. TERRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE QUALITY, INFURIATING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will not see another penny from me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I just want to first of all apologise for the way in which this was handled. This isn’t a reflection of our brand and we can appreciate your frustration about how we should have handled your concerns in order to help you and find a solution. I’m also sorry that the item that you purchased wasn’t fit for purpose, again this isn’t a reflection of the brand and it’s not what we like to hear about our products. We always want to make sure that the products we sell to our customers are fit for purpose and that our customers go away happy with the experience whilst shopping with us and whilst wearing our products.

The issue we have with this situation is that the item hasn’t been purchased from us directly and has been purchased from another retailer. If the product had been purchased directly from us, I would have been more than happy to refund you for the item or to find any solution for you that would have been satisfactory for you. Bellfield products are sold to retailers as well as on the Bellfield website, and as we can only recommend that you contact the retailer that you bought the item from, as it’s their own returns and refunds policies that will apply to your purchase.

Bought a jumper from Bellfield a few…

Bought a jumper from Bellfield a few weeks ago. I haven't worn it yet but it fits well and looks nice. I looked for a label to see where it was made. A label that was next to the washing instructions label has been cut off close to the stitching why?

Nice design - absolutely tragic quality

I bought a nice parka, very nice design... unfortunatelly the quality is p*ss-poor, I probably havent encountered such horrible brand in terms of quality - within a year it literally fell apart in every possible sense, the zipper ripped off, holes in the armpits, holes rubbed in the sleeves, buttons fell apart... Good as a prop for a photoshoot for Instagram perhaps, if you want the “worn” look within a month, but never again...

Terrible quality

The quality of the clothing was far bellow standard with rips and holes throughout the garment. The trousers I purchased even left a large black mark on the sofa where I had been sitting.

good customer support, but very poor systems

The jacket I wanted was showing as available on the website. I ordered and got a shipment notification. Turned out a customer services agent contacted me to indicate that the product availability was erroneous on their site, and that the product didn’t ship despite the shipment confirmation. Got a refund. Overview: good customer support, but very poor systems (unacceptable in 2019)

Ordered a jumper from Bellfield

Ordered a jumper from Bellfield, received wrong colour. They ignored my emails. Returned at my own expense and reordered it. Wrong colour sent out to me again. Returned at my own expense (again!!) and had to chase them for my refund. Disappointing.

Muy mala experiencia en vuestra tienda online, hice una compra que debería haberla recibido en 3 días y la recibí a los 20 días.
Aún así decidí daros una segunda oportunidad haciendo otra compra online y la recibí pasados 10 días.
La ropa intacta! Y me gusta mucho vuestra ropa pero creo que os falta mucho camino por recorrer en cuanto a los envíos se refiere. Un saludo
