Major disappointment
Bought a parka from these guys - looked beautiful and very warm. Zipper was very defective though - I tried to make it work for about 2 weeks but the issues just became worse - then I decided I’d use the buttons instead of the zipper wouldn’t work . Unfortunately the top button snapped off as soon as I tried it. I was shocked this was an English product because it seems to be such obvious rubbish. I was even more disappointed at how sharp it looked and how warm it was but how it remained completely useless for the cold korean winters.
P.S. I tore up one of my t-shirts trying to zip this thing for an hour !

Ordered a few items from the sale on Bellfield site all cam quickly and I am really happy with the quality of the items considering the huge discount I don't know how they do it, The Radar Jacket is really good quality and for less than £50 bargain.
I did have to send a couple of t-shirts back but this wasnt a problem received a refund in a timely fashion.

Terrible service. Would not accept a legitimate return. Do not deal with this company.
Spent many an hour in back and forth with Bellfield after receiving an item that didn't fit me. They claimed that the item was in 'worn' condition after I'd tried it on in my own room just to check it fit. It looked terrible on so I returned it. I still haven't had a full refund for the postage back and forth to them. (I sent it back twice costing at least £7 to myself as they do not offer free returns). Terrible service and snarky replies. Would never deal with this company ever again. Please be warned and never deal with them. Very argumentative.

I'm Jonny, the new Ecommerce Manager at Bellfield. Sorry to hear about your experience with us in 2015. We now have a team dedicated to assessing returned items to make sure this situation doesn't arise however sometimes there are discrepancies with items that have been returned to us that are not in a condition to resell. I'm not implying that this was the case with your item but i know sometimes this can happen.

My order mess up because I put the old billing address versus my new one. Customer service rep. Refund my money but the item was out stock. The rep. Later on that day inform that the item became back in stock. They stay incontact with through the process.
