There business strategy could use a 4 post 12000lb mid tier lift that will work both for trucks and cars or more so they have lifts from 7000 to 9000 lb Those lifts work great for cars and midsize trucks
There next weight class jumps up to 14000lb which leaves a gap for the customer looking for a practical heavy duty 12000# lift that saves them money
There 9000lb 4 post is to light and to short for a full size truck
There 14000lb 4 post is more lift then you need as a home owner and is expensive to consider for home use
I use to own 2 BendPak lifts. A 2 post 10000. 4 post 8000lb. Lost them both to a fire. I bought back a 4 post Amgo 12000lb lift it is extra wide and works great with both my cars / trucks at half the cost and just as robust as bendpak the extra 2000lb lift capacity is great when lifting heavy trucks. And price point was way less money then bendpak 14000lb lift
Bendpak business strategy incorporates delivery charge in there lifts and if you have it delivered to a terminal it could cost you $700 more because they have home delivery cost factored in
I would encourage to buy elsewhere you will save hundreds with delivery alone
Do your home work buy from a lift company that dose not include delivery in the cost.

2 post GrandPrix Lift was delayed a few weeks, they gave me a light to make up for the delay. Got the lift which was scratched to hell with every sticker falling off and received all the parts that were on the parts list. Following the instructions (that are horrible literally Chinese furniture has better instructions) and it’s impossible to put together with the hardware I received. Emailed them and they agreed it does need more hardware to be possible and are going to send me more hardware. 1 week goes by and I email them again asking when the bolts are coming because I have these posts taking up my whole bay at the moment. Got a response today saying they are packing them up now. Meanwhile guy called me 4 times this morning waking me up every time. I work 2nd shift so I do not wake up until 9-10am usually. I’m now up at 12 because I woke up 4 times to this idiot that doesn’t know how to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. I will never purchase from this company again. Lift isn’t even up yet and it’s been a headache.

BendPak is the best, Hands down.

The level of service both sales and support is amazing. When I talked with the original sales rep, he was very imformative and non-pressure. He helped me make the very best choice for my shop and use as well as gave me guidance on model changes that were happening at the exact time I was ordering. They gave me a very small window that I would have to wait to get the new model, and it was spot on. Recently, I had a small issue with a non-essential part of the lift, called support, talked with Ajay, told him about my issue and even 3 years after my purchase they sent the parts out to me free of charge with updated items. I couldn't be happier with my choice. This is a SOLID lift, works flawlessly.

I ordered a "Recertified JP45, Jack Platform", SKU 5215825-OB. Probably a customer return not for a defect, but for "changed my mind". Bendpak showed the item as being in stock. Well, it actually wasn't. So they sent me an email basically saying they were going to cancel the transaction. I asked if they wouldn't go ahead and sell me a new one for the price I'd already paid, and to my surprise they agreed! That's what a reputable business does; they earned the 5 stars I'm giving.

Purchased four 6000 series lifts. All four had the same issue with the same motor mounting plate holes miss aligned with columns. Sent all repair info to them to have it addressed. They state they will respond within 4 business hours. It’s been two days and now I have to pay extra for the installers to come back and pay extra storage costs while I still wait for a response. Service is nonexistent when there is a problem. Pay first. Wait wait wait. Find out there’s a problem then wait wait and still waiting.

I would like to commend BendPak for their outstanding customer service. I recently purchased a reconditioned item that unfortunately arrived incomplete and without assembly instructions.

After contacting their customer service team, the issue was handled promptly and professionally, without any unnecessary steps or resistance. BendPak waived the return requirement and shipped a brand-new replacement within a week at no cost.

This level of customer care from Katie and her team is exceptional and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend BendPak and will confidently make future purchases from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY the cable broke on my 2 car lift, the cars have been stuck midway for 2 months the service from this company is terrible no one responds i finally got the correct cable now i can;t get service i,m begging them for help nothing

Prompt service and gave me what was needed

I purchased a BendPak Ranger for my British cars, MG Midget and Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite. They fit perfectly for workin on them or parking storage! I have a small two car garage with lower ceilings. FITS LIKE A GLOVE! Another thing to mention. BENDPAK helped me when my lift had a set up issue. The builder forgot to place a plastic nut. And BENDPAK sent over on their dime a pro to find out why my lift had a whistle during the summer months of Vegas. I had a builder friend help me. He got rid of the noise by adding shims under the posts to make it plumb. BENDPAK does stand by their customers very well!

Very helpful staff answered all of my questions on the phone. Later, I had a problem with the lift and called again. After a 5 minute call, a new hydraulic ram was sent and the lift is fixed.
