Cheated
My girlfriend booked a meal at their Covent Garden restaurant for 18th November and was promised when booking a gbp50 voucher as it was her birthday. We gave 60 days notice as requested. Today she phoned to see why email voucher was not received.
We were disgusted by their reply that no voucher was to be sent.
We have cancelled as I view this as a scam and they have lost our custom.

Better out there…
Made a Reservation for 6pm and sat down at 6:45pm, waited for the server for what was about 35 minutes. Finally got drinks and orders in. By the way secret ingredient is Ginger because they use it in everything. Food was decent but I’d rather go to Miyakos.

I can not believe that this place has…
I can not believe that this place has not had the decency to get back to me I had the worst experience with Benihana in Torrance California
I emailed them a few times and only once they said they were looking into it and would get back to me and this was July 2021!!!

74 Year Olds Birthday Dinner, North Little Rock, AR
Excellent night. Karen led a chorus of Happy Birthday. Mr Toai, our chef was excellent. New experience for the 5 year old that was with us. She didn't know what to think. Christian was attentive to our party of 8. Food met our expectations. Sure am glad that I made a reservation, a couple of days before. Online system for making reservation said no openings for the time we wanted. I called in on the phone and had no problem making a reservation.
