No customer service, no. Help...
I bought a carpet on the 6th of January, haven't received news of any form for 15 days until I wrote, I didn't have a tracking code either. Then I had a response, asking me to be patient due to the large amount of requests. I received the product 2 days ago, it doesn't match at all with the room I'm staging so I have to return it, but... Unfortunately, you can not contact them by phone, neither Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, only an e-mail, without response and a return procedure that does not work with a message "try again a in a few days". I want my return label now, I waited 20 days to get my carpet and now I have to buy some new ones for other offices etc but I won't use benuta anymore. You can't work without a customer service, selling on line!!!
