I did not receive my prepaid delivery this month and not a single email is being responded to. To make matters worse the manage subscription option is a white screen.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Really enjoyed our BEPPS snacks
Really enjoyed our BEPPS snacks. Purchased the mixed box to try all their flavours and picking a favourite is difficult. BUT, if forced, I’d say the BBQ ones if eating on their own or the cheese if dipped in guac. Great product BEPPS! Hoping to see them in a local supermarket soon.

Excellent customer service
My order did not arrive due to a courier fault. I contacted the company and they replied quickly and sent a replacement and some extra snacks due to inconvenience.

Disappointing
I was quite disappointed. The flavours were too intense and there wasn't that much in each packet. Not good value for money.

Really tasty vegan snack
Really tasty, low calorie, cheesy, vegan snack! Both myself and my kids love them! Will definitely be ordering again!

Didn't ship for ages and I heard no reason for the delay so I had to chase. They told me what I wanted was out of stock so asked me then to choose an alternative. But when the stock finally arrived it did taste good. So average.

Hi Sarah, apologies for the delay in getting your order to you. Over Christmas our fulfillment warehouse had staff shortages due to Covid and had an extremely reduced service. We were at the mercy of our fulfillment partners and can only apologies, we have worked hard with them so far this month to improve this and can assure you going forward all orders will be dispatched in a timely manner. Products received as ordered. Not full marks as delivery was quite slow and one packet in the taster box had a smaller than expected amount of product inside.
