Why customer service is important.
I usually don’t write reviews because I don’t trust everything I hear anyway. But you ask for a review. This website popped up as I was only searching for a large amount of black plastic tubing., anyway, the drip tubing, main line, fittings, and other products were perfect. Ratings: Customer service #1, Products: #2, Shipping #3. I had an item damaged during shipping and with one phone call and a text with a couple pictures, a solution was found. I company the fixes problems is a company that I stand behind.
