Nailed it
Nailed it! After I had some glitches on getting an order placed on the weekend I called & talked to Tia (I think- I’m bad with names), she was great too! She got the order all straightened out & my socks were fully knocked off when my order arrived the following day!!!

They answered the phone right away
They answered the phone right away. No telephone tree. They had good understanding of product I was asking for and spent the time to explain how to set it up and make it work. I ordered it on a Tuesday afternoon and got it on a Thursday afternoon.Even though I was many , many miles away in florida. The plastic lifter I bought is very heavily constructed and looks like it will last a long time. I am still learning how to use the machine but so far I am satisfied. I'm hoping to fine tune it and make it work perfect for my operation. It's nice to work with good people.
