Bes'Dam Soup Avis 

Ordering was easy. Sent as a gift, so do not know how good they were. Would have liked to include a card in the gift. Maybe a quantity between single/ 1 serving for 2 and 12 servings.

Great soups....especially love the mushroom soup, the lobster bisque,
clam chowder and the roast chick & pasta. Haven't tasted all those in the freezer yet...the only one we did not like was the gumbo.
And best packaging I've ever seen. My husband & I love soup and I'm so happy to have discovered you on-line....we've already placed our 2nd large order.

I placed an order as a Christmas gift to a friend in Michigan of 5 different individual servings of soup. I paid extra to ensure Christmas delivery. The soup arrived on time, but upon opening the box, my friend discovered at least 3 of the soups spilled and worthless, the box dented. Fed Ex told her that she would have to "take it up with whoever ordered it." She called me, and I immediately called the company, which I got the owner himself. This man was wonderful!!! Being as busy as Fed Ex was, they sub-contracted some deliveries; mine being one of them, and the delivery people were clueless. He offered me a full refund, or a new order, completely free of charge, and a guarantee of before Christmas delivery. I really wanted my friend to have the soup. So he sent the order over again, it arrived before Christmas, and She loves the soup! Win Win for everyone, because I am ordering again for sure, and I am talking the company up. With customer service like this, This company will succeed!

Nothing but great things to say about Bes'Dam Soup. They were super friendly, the delivery was quick, and all the packaging was top notch. But I'll tell you one thing, their chili is killer. I had the gumbo, chicken noodle (both were really good) but that chili was a monster, just a stellar recipe. The folks over at Bes'Dam Soup know what's good, and they do it right. I will absolutely be coming back for more... The chili is calling and I must go!

I had 2 soups sent as Christmas gifts. This was my first time ordering from this place. The recipient said the Lobster Bisque soup was terrible which made me feel bad. The sent complaint to Bes'Dam Soup and the owner contacted me he say to hear my complaint. But offered nothing to make it right. I had the recipient call Bes'Dam Soup thinking maybe he would have offered to send another soup. Nothing was offered.

We have ordered from Bes' Dam Soup several times in the last 3 years, the soup is to die for and their customer service is over the top at making sure their customers are just as happy with the customer service. Love Bes' Dam Soup!

Although I must admit that I haven't tried the soup yet, when my gift recipient had trouble redeeming the certificate last year, Ed was immediately responsive and helpful.

This is the second order that I placed with Bes'Dam Soup. The first took
at least a month (or more) to be delivered, and I couldn't reach anyone at
the company. I swore I would never do business with them again. Well, I caved because my mother enjoyed the soup given to her as a gift. My second, and most recent, order was place on 11/19/17. It's status is still
"Awaitng fulfillment". It is 12/4/17. My credit card has already been charged, and once again, no soup. This is definitely the last order I will place.

Still missing part of my last order. Order last year was VERY late.

The soup is very good. Shipping is so expensive. For 2 people ordering different soups 8 servings is too much so we order for 2 servings. Ordering 100$ worth to get free shipping would give us too much soup to eat. I probably will only order for special occasions.

The Lobster Bisque and New England Mushroom are the best soups I have ever had. We have Clam Chowder and Chicken and Sausage with Rice in the refrigerator ready to try. I am sure they will be fantastic too.

I spent $271.51 on a 6 month supply of soup for my elderly father and I never received any product. After multiple "promises" from Ed Covino to be reimbursed, I did not receive reimbursement. I can't believe this company is still in business as every review I see says the same thing.

Chili and lobster bisque are outstanding. The clam chowder had very little clams and harvest vegetable had very little vegetables. The chicken soup was also very good.

Saw their deal on Fox and Friends and decided to buy my son his traditional request of Lobster bisque from Bes Dam company rather than my usual drive to Soup Nazi in Ann Arbor, MI..what a mistake! I had a bad feeling, but took the chance. We were well within the time limit to get it before Christmas (2 weeks away), so I paid and kept my fingers crossed it would get here by our Christmas Eve dinner. Not even close! After several phone calls to Ed the owner, and hearing his multiple excuses about how they had 5 times the orders from the Fox and Friends show, that they were making soup day and night to catch up. (I also put a note with my order that I needed it for our Christmas Eve Dinner, which Ed said held a special place in how orders were sent out). Nope. Not unless Christmas Eve came in January of 2017! After Christmas Eve came and went, we thought maybe we could eat it on NYE. Nope! Not when you get thawed and discolored rotten soup the 27th of January plopped on your porch! It looked like puke, smelled like puke and it was a major turn off! Not a piece of lobster in the batch! We all ended up deciding not to eat more than a small taste- in case of Montazuma's revenge came knocking on our back door! It was just disgusting and a waste of over $64.00! We called to get a refund so many times, it was terrible! Answering machine msgs got old. It was almost laughable, except for the fact I am out all that money for a spoiled product! Tired of Ed's messages on my answering machine, poor customer service when I called them and left msgs, and to think...I got duped buying expensive soup! The worst part of all was on their website tonight 4/20/17...Ed replied to a poster-also named Nancy, and told her "to just die" simply because she had made a complaint about his soup. Niceeeee Ed, just Nice. You MAY just receive your wish if she eats your awful, rotten, rancid soup! People-save your cash..and your life! He can't tell a craw daddy from a lobster-bcuz there isn't a bit of lobster in that pink pukie brew...(I was being nice about it being a craw daddy, too). What color is cooked rat anyway?

I ordered the clam chowder and the lobster bisque. Both were awful. The clam chowder was a grey color , very few potatoes and clams were pretty much undetected. The soup was watery and tasted nothing like clam chowder. The lobster bisque was even worst. What a joke to even have the nerve to call it that. Plus it took over a month to arrive. I cancelled it and they still send it as they had taken their money the second I ordered it. I would not recommend these soups and I find they were definitely over pricesd for the quality. Please take my review to heart and save your money.
