Bes'Dam Soup Avis 

Saw you on FOX news, placed an expensive order on the 3rd of December. I still have not received any emails informing me my order has shipped even though money was charged to my account and paid. Today is the 10th of December. Very unhappy

Great customer service!

I ordered soup for my father on 11/17/14, with a promised delivery date of 11/26/14. He did not receive his soup then, and was given notice that it would be delivered on 12/1/14. He stayed home all day but no soup arrived. Now the tracking says 12/3, but it has not arrived today. At this point I can't even rate the soup, but the shipping is unacceptable.

I sent some soup to a good friend who was going through a really difficult time. I wanted it to get there while she was recovering. I received this survey to fill out and told my friend it was coming and to let me know how the soup is so I could give feedback. I actually forgot about it until i received a tracking notice from Fed ex advising the soup wi be delivered on Monday. I have no idea why it took over 2 weeks and as of right now, they still don't have the soup, so I can't even comment on how the soup is. Very disappointed!!

I recently ordered 4 different soups as a get well gift for a friend with a broken jaw. Shortly after my online order went in, I got a call from a Bes Dam representative to let me know that one of the soups might be a little too chunky for my friend's situation. I really appreciated that! It was so wonderful of them to take the time to call, you don't get personalized service like that often... they even got the order packaged up and out the same day so it would arrive right away! Best of all, my friend says the soups are delicious!!

I have enjoyed everything that I have ordered from this company. The service and quality are exceptional.

We were quite happy with the different soups that we tried. The New England Corn Chowder disappointed but the company sent us a replacement soup of our choice. The bread is fabulous and big cookies are good. My favorite soup was the butternut with cranberries.

Couldn't be better food or service. Would highly recommend.

This was gift 3 (mos.) and have had four of the 6 so far. Love, love the lobster bisque. Cajun corn Chowder a tad disappointing as the potatoes were soggy. 2 more to go this week and have not yet decided which to order. Will order on my own without the rolls and cookies as they are easily bought here.

Really enjoyed the Fiesta Black Bean, White Bean w/Spinach, Yankee Mushroom, and Lobster Bisque. The lone disappointment was Manhattan Clam Chowder that tasted more like thick, hearty vegetable soup. The rolls are delicious - warmed up w/a little butter - yummy!

Looking forward to trying more varieties in the future.

Due to dental surgery, I couldn’t really chew solid foods; my office daughter gave me a gift card to DesDamSoup. I order the Vegetable, Navy Bean and Chicken (extremely tender) Soup with pasta and all of the soups were delicious. As I was enjoying the "Moment" it took me back to a time when I wasn't feeling well, my grandmother would make a bowl of soup, and said "This will make you feel better." And it did. Thanks to my office daughter and DesDamSoup for taking me back in time for a very special memory.

Would use this company again. Highly recommended. Something for everyone.

I have ordered many times, and have never been disappointed. I also find this to be the perfect gift for those hard to buy for.

I ordered three soups for a friend with a jaw injury who is on a liquid diet. Perfect, right? The order arrived a day later than expected and lukewarm, not frozen, and not fit to eat. She called the company and explained the situation, and was assured that a replacement order would ship within a couple of days. Apparently they forgot(?) because a week later my friend still did not have her soup. So I cancelled the whole order. What a disappointment. Doesn't matter how great your product is if you can't get it to the customer and also make her mad by giving her one more task to follow up on in the process.

I had ordered this soup gift for my dad and mistakenly used my address instead of his for shipping. I then emailed the company and they responded right away to make the correction. They even followed up when it was done.

I also like the fact that the recipient gets to choose which soups they would like to receive, instead of the being surprised. They also include rolls, etc....

My dad seemed to love the gift.
