Last week I had a new boiler, new flue new radiator controls plus one new radiator installed by Ryan and Bailey from Bespoke gas plus a power flush .

From my original telephone call where I spoke to Kate in the office , to Anthony coming to quote , I have been very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness throughout the company

Of course most importantly the actual installation.The work was over two days and Both Ryan and Bailey were professional, helpful, friendly and thoughtful ( it was the coldest two days! ) I can honestly say that I recommend Bespoke Gas

Jordan arrived on time, he was friendly and professional. He completed the job in a thorough and methodical way. We have been using Bespoke Gas for many years, both for installation of our Central heating system and annual maintenance. Would definitely recommend.

Had my usual reminder for yearly boiler service , Kate in the office is very pleasant and helpful arranged time that worked for me . The engineer is always very friendly and and knowledgeable . All in all 10 out of 10 for good service. Highly recommended !!

The process of booking an appointment is easy with Kate who is extremely friendly and helpful. The service of the boiler was carried out quickly and efficiently and the men came early. I was sent a text to say they were on there way, although this arrived after they had. I would highly recommend this company.

Bespoke Gas installed new boiler for me 2 years ago - and have serviced it the last two years - including the other day. They obviously know their stuff, enjoy their work, and are always friendly and I trust them!

Excellent and reliable company. All engineers knowledgeable, friendly and smartly dressed. Replaced expansion vessel and pressure valve switch. Everything was clearly explained and all queries explained. Kate was very helpful when calling for help and to book up the repair. A pleasure to use a trustworthy business. This was shortly following using a 24 hour ‘Check a trade’ Company for a repair who disappointedly were untrustworthy. I have learnt a valuable lesson and would recommend fellow customers to use Bespoke Gas. Thank you to the Botley Team.

From the initial survey, the important thing for ourselves was to have the install exact. In our case we wanted all the boiler pipes hidden in the kitchen and a high finish outside on the brickwork on top of the other work. The team achieved this and being able to work to this standard in a heatwave was going some.

Fantastic company, they go out of their way to help. Very professional friendly company that take pride in their work.
