Mark and Martin were great, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They suggested calling the boiler manufacturer for the repair as it would cost substantially less than if they did it, which I thought was very honest and caring. Would recommend.

After having been stung by an emergency plumbing service, who charged me the earth for not fixing my problem, I contacted Highfield Plumbing and Heating to see what they could do.

From the start, I felt I was getting a great service. Neither my hot water and heating were working, My call was answered in a very friendly manner and an engineer was allocated.

It took a few visits to fix what proved to be several issues with my combi boiler, all apparently caused by the heat setting having been set way to high when the combi was installed only 5 years ago (by someone else not Highfield). Everything is working fine now and the Engineers kept me informed all the way through the process with the work that had been done.

The labour costs were very reasonable as were the parts costs. I found the staff very friendly and personable.

I have no hesitation in recommending Highfield. Well done!

very easy to discuss my problem with and quickly sorted out a visit out to fix my leak and the plumbers who came to my house where very polite and friendly and professional they did a great job and left no mess, would be welcome to my property again

Last year Highfield Heating gave me a very good quote for the supply and fitting of a new boiler and some other plumbing work. Excellent work . Recently I contacted them regarding the Annual Service.
The young lady in the office was most helpful and arranged the service to be done . Within 3 hours Martin came and the service was done . over all a very good job. Give them a try.

Joshua was really helpful and professional. He ended up coming out twice due to us having to get Severn Trent out. Once that was sorted he came back out quickly and did a great job getting everything done.
