After removing my initial shutters we found there were issues with the finishing of the windows I had installed last year through another company. He was professional, patient and honest… he could have easily gone ahead and installed the new shutters without communicating the poor window finishes and was super patient with me whilst I had that problem resolved.
10/10 for customer service!

Alan is an extremely dedicated professional. I went to 6 different suppliers, who all told me that the day and night pleated blinds style I wanted were not possible for my windows, prior to being referred to Alan. Not only did Alan find me an excellent quality product that worked for my windows but he also went back to the manufacturer post installation to obtain magnets and returned for a second time to install these to ensure a perfect fit. Meticulous and clearly takes pride in his work. 100% recommend

Arrived on time - as usual. Worked non-stop to finish fitting of shutter doors. End result was excellent. Cleared all packaging and rubbish and left the room clean and tidy. Always polite and friendly.

Alan just fitted duette blinds to our kitchen / dining room bifold doors. This room can be cold in the winter and much too hot in the summer so these blinds should deal with both. They look very good and I was very impressed with Alan’s expertise and professionalism. He turned up when he said he would, was very knowledgeable and his prices are very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Alan fitted some shutters for our front living room window. A few weeks after, my teenage son fell into the shutters, damaging them. Despite the shutters being outside of warranty, Alan was kind enough to replace the shutters free of charge.

Alan came out to fix a blind (that wasn't installed by him) and did a fantastic repair job in less than 30 minutes. I was so impressed by the quality of his work that I asked him to quote for two further blinds. His quote arrived the same day and was very reasonable, so I was happy to proceed. The blinds were installed two weeks later and look amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend Alan to anyone needing window dressings.

We met Alan two years ago on a previous task, he was friendly, he did great jobs in my house and my parents’ and so we got in touch with him again to fit blinds after we changed the balcony doors. We didn’t think we needed Duette at the start but given the price was really reasonable we went for it. It was a great decision - Alan fitted the blinds this week, when I pulled the blinds up in the morning I could feel the chill coming through as the bare panels were exposed. The Duette is doing its job on day one! Needless to say, Alan’s professionalism remains second to none. He’s always happy to help answering questions and he never pushes any ‘hard sell’.
