scammer with trojan
I just bought from this seller a software. They stated in the transaction page that I just had to download the original software from the original website and the key would work, however this wouldn't work.
After I contacted them, they send me a new link to download the software through a scam website
(adobe-trials.download.zip) Unfortunately I did not bother myself to check it out and got a trojan from the website and downloaded files (as reported by many user reviews for this seller).
If you can enforce any kind of rule to them in order to avoid people getting scammed that would be great.

I bought antivirus app from you and had issue downloading the app on my computer.
I rang and left numerous messages and also email for help.
You did not respond.
Then I read reviews and not just me..but lots of others have had issues and had not being able to get help or refund.
I called my credit card company to stop payment as you did not provide what I had ordered.

This is one of the companys to avoid
i wanted to purchase a program that would help with my computer. i managed to buy a program that i believed would do the job. When i started to look at it and load it in it said that it will not work on my machine. i contacted the company by email to ask if they would refund the money i had paid, so i could look for something that will work on the machine .no reply came and i am still waiting still not had a repliy
please do not buy from this company as you could lose your money like i did i have not got a reply .

Deal direct
This site promised that I would receive a key within 2-8 hours. Or ring a given number. The telephone message said we are busy try again later. 3 days later and I was still waiting.
I had to cancel. I asked my bank to refund me which they did. Would I recommend this site? What do you think?

Unhelpful antivirus provider company
The is the first company I have experienced that it is so unhelpful. After taken my money they've ignored virtually all the emails sent to them. I requested for the special code to help me activate the protection they promised. I was ignored. The only AVG protection I got was the one on trial basis for 30 days, even though I paid for 2 years cover. I am now being warned that my 30 days trial has expired and series of warnings coming through that, I have to pay £29.99 for the cover to continue.
I am considering approaching my card issuer to help secure a refund from the antivirus company.

I bought an antivirus product from them on the 12th of October this year and received two emails back from them. One contained the invoice the other a link which did not allow me to access my purchased software. I have both rang and spoke to someone at the company and emailed them, both to no avail. Subsequently I have requested my money back and am currently, optimistically awaiting confirmation of this in my bank account. Unfortunately I will not be using this company again
