Faulty cooker quickly replaced
Within a couple of days of receiving my Chef-0-matic 2 door oven the on/off switch stuck. When I reported this my complaint was received with friendly courtesy and efficiently dealt with. Arrangements were made for the faulty item to be collected and its replacement arrived quickly.
