I have ordered several items from …
I have ordered several items from best direct everything was fine until you return an item. Post office have said no one was in so couldn't be delivered left a card no pick up at the sorting office so has been returned to me after over 18days I sent back 4th July looks like they don't like people returning stuff which is at our cost I will not be using again something don't seem right any one else experienced that problem

I would have given zero stars as I have sent numerous emails and made phone calls requesting refund for damaged air conditioning unit I have never dealt with such an incompetent company and customer service support is none existent in this day and age refunds should be paid within a couple of days.
I will never purchase anything from them ever again and wouldn’t recommend too my worst enemy

Have just received another email asking for same information but have noticed it’s from different person and different reference number delaying tactic so not to pay refund.

VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY, BEWARE!!!
This company deserve zero stars. Received the product but in the meantime spoke to a friend who had ordered the same product and it had given her a skin allergy and as I suffer from dermatological issues, I sent the entire package back to this company unopened at my own cost stating the reason for return. Didn’t expect any issues as they have 100% return promise. Didn’t hear anything from them despite my having proof of delivery so have now had to take a case out with PayPal. Be warned, this company will steal your money.

Customer Service Non Existant
I ordered several items of jeans and bras from this company only because it said 30 days guarantee returns. I returned the items well within the 30 days. I didn’t hear from them. I sent 2 emails and enquiry on the website. No reply to any. As I paid through PayPal, I raised it with them, but for some reason did not get the full refund. I am still owed £9.33. I will not be using this company again and will not recommend them.
Terrible customer service
So this arrived and I was excited at first but then found out parts were melted together so I contacted customer service, the guy on the phone kept repeating to wait on a reply from the factory with no time frame and when asked what to do, he seemed rude, cold and agitated rather than understanding my frustration and he had the audacity to hang up. I bought this machine to work on my mental heath and I'm more disappointed and irate with this response. Do better.
Customer Experience with Best Direct- Must Do Better
At the time of writing it seems that the trend for quick to deliver but slow to refund on returns is a recurring theme.
My experience was post the delivery of goods which were not suitable and returned with in 5 days. At the time of writing no refund has been given.
I have resorted to 2 phone calls to chase this up and on both occasions taking over 20minutes to answer, at my cost in time and phone charges.
Promises were made to raise a refund. First time it was 5 days, it didn't materialise. The second time a promise of even longer 7-14 days. Strange they can take my money almost immediately!
Various excuses were used the first time such as their carrier was to blame and they hadn't had the return, then if by magic on my proof of delivery, they had received the item! As the item in question was ordered after viewing it on Sky shopping channels, even the suggestion that I speak to Sky, their attitude was "Luke warm" .
In summary, and as a business owner myself, I'm qualified to suggest that Best Direct Customer Experience is of the worst kind I've experienced which may also explain the low Trust Pilot rating too of 2.5. Really must do better.
