Squeak
I bought the Ab booster plus.
I love it only problem being it has started to squeak, I nave tried oiling all the fittings, no luck.
Any advice would be appreciated as it is putting me off using it.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Unfortunately, having ordered products from this very reputable company, the items proved unsuitable. I contacted the company to request a returns form and subsequent refund. However, due to the current COVID-19 situation, Best Direct immediately refunded my payment AND allowed me to retain the products, which I have donated to my local charity shop. Well done Best Direct! Incredible customer service.

I ordered the ab booster plus, they took my money within minutes and when I go on line for the status of my order, it says it's ON HOLD. I can't find anyway to contact customer service by phone or email. Neither is provided. I this this AbBooster plus thing is a scam. I'm PISSED OFF.

I purchased the ab booster online on 2nd September -payment was taken out straight away- received an email with tracking number- no reference to what shipping/courier company is being used- Cannot track it- I have emailed requesting information but no response yet. Ordered item but no mail receipt rec’d. Service review
I had ordered an item online and waited for email confirmation - this did not arrive but I was debited for the amount. Wondered if it was a con so contacted BestDirect to request an invoice. This took about 2 minutes to ask and about 3 minutes to receive the email invoice and confirmation.
Excellent service and it put my mind at rest that the order was secure and being processed.

Good item - small squeak
Good item, only small negative is after several uses its now starting to squeak when using, Overall happy with purchase though.

Got it fairly quickly
Got it fairly quickly, have been using for 4 weeks and it's been great but the past week it's has started to squeak.. the squeaking is soo loud I have had my neighbours knocking the door and complaining.. Is there anyway this can be fixed as i now am unable to use it due to how loud it is.

Ab Booster is not fit for the purpose
I ordered an Ab Booster on 21st September 2019, due to illness I didn't use the item much until April/May this year, after a few weeks of continuous use the base of the handle bar by the foot pegs broke at the weld. I phoned and explained they sent me a return label to send back and reissued a replacement. Within a few weeks of using the replacement the same happened again. The metal is too flimsy and the weld isn't strong enough for the pressure it's under when exercising. I have contacted them asking for a refund but no reply. I am going to report them to Trading Standards as the item is dangerous and not fit for the purpose. Please do not purchase this item.

Good - use it twice a day
Ordered the Ab Booster Plus nearly 2 weeks ago, it came within 3 days or ordering. It came in 6-7 pieces and did not have instructions for assembly, however I worked it out from the picture. I've been using it twice a day and I can really feel it working - hopefully I will have great results. It does have a bit of a squeak from time to time and it could be of stronger material, but it feels secure and worth the £120.
