Bad day today I have an iPhone13 mini for a wile and I like it but today I almost lost my mind today I decided to play some Roblox on my phone because my brother was hogging my Xbox but when it needed an update it just froze and did nothing and I had to delete Roblox just to get it to work and did it NO instead it told me to give it all of my personal info such as my debit card even though i already gave that information to them already i did reacher it said they do it just to check to see if I’m the same person pathetic JUST COPY MICROSOFT THEY ONLY TELL US TO DO THIS IF OUR ACCOUNT IS AT RISK NOT EVERY 3 MONTHS another thing that’s pathetic is I’m a teenager so my mom is supposed to take care of the stupid bill right WRONG when I got a notification from my dibet card saying that my card was declined for Applebill why am I getting this? This is not supposed to happen. Now I’m gonna have to be the one that’s gonna deal with that stupid bill so I’m probably gonna have to spend my birthday money for that ridiculous I have absolutely had it with this phone. I recommend android and I’m thinking about switching once his phone dies, which will be a good thing.

Hidden fees for returning a newish device with Apple care for a new or fixed one. They charged me close to a $100 Express tax on their mail exchange program when I was covered. They do it based on a percentage of what they think you paid for the phone. Sorry, an apple iPhone 13 is not worth over $900 when it is the end of August 22. How can they legally call the fee "a tax."
Mac Pro 13’ Wi-Fi crushed and irreparable
I purchased a Mac Pro 13 in July 2014. A few days ago, after I registered it with the upcoming Bar exam and download the exams, the Wi-Fi stopped working. I called for technical support but the technician could not fix it. He scheduled a reservation for me with an Apple store for repair. Unfortunately it was confirmed the Wi-Fi problem is irreparable, and the hard drive needs to be replaced, but Apple no longer makes replacement parts for that model. So this Mac Pro, will no longer have Wi-Fi. The guy said it’s time for me to buy a new Mac. I was seeing red at the store, thinking I was ripped. I spent almost $1400 for it, I used it sparely. Now it’s in the eighth year, and at this critical moment the Wi-Fi crushed and Apple could not repair it. I don’t think I will buy any Apple products from now on. They are expensive, though look fancy, some may have latent defect.
Buying at Top Prices for An Older Built Product
Did not realize until recently that when purchasing an Apple Computer in particular that you are paying today's prices however the computer you are purchasing is years older. Twice now our company purchased several computers for audio broadcasting work and found out much after the fact that the computers were manufactured years prior. We still paid top price though and I think this is very unfair to the customer. If you order on line through Apple the staff is very unfamiliar with the product they are selling. I believe that Tim Cook should make a practice of instructing all of his staff selling to inform the customer what they are actually purchasing. For instance, if you buy a computer today (2022) and you are paying top price and the computer was built in 2017, the CUSTOMER NEEDS TO BE VERY AWARE OF THIS. Shame on Apple.
Multiple Apple pencils that don't last much longer than 1 year
I have multiple Apple pencils that can't last 2 years but do make it past 1 year and as such, Apple won't replace them. Seriously, at over $100 per pencil you would think they would last at least a couple years but no... you have to throw them in the garbage and shell out another hundred... I'm done. I'll take notes on my Convertable PC/Stylus that's been working for years.

I purchased an Apple Mac Pro - the "Rolls Royce" of Apple desktop computers back in Jan 2020 for my video production business. This was a machine that was advertised as the fastest, most powerful in it's class - aimed at creative Professionals. The machine was a big disappointment, with a highly mediocre performance. To my dismay Apple barely a year later released their new "M1 chip" a revolutionary processor that they started to install into their laptops and now desktop "Mac Studio" machines. These are priced at HALF the cost of what their Intel chip based Mac Pros sold for!!!! I feel like I've been totally duped and cheated by this company, after being a fan and purchaser of their iPads, MacBook Pros, iPhones and AirPods over the years. What's even more disgusting is that - unlike Amazon - Apple does NOT have ANY form of customer complaints department. They are also refusing to acknowledge my complaint, after wasting £6000 on their Mac Pro. I've emailed, tried calling and used their Social Media platforms to try and get an Apple representative to investigate my complaint, I even emailed their CEO - their response.....Silence. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY ON ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS.

I took it to the Apple Shop in Cabot Circus.
The couldn’t repair it apparently so I reluctantly bought a new one.
When I arrived home I found that, unlike the previous one, this doesn’t take dry cells. Instead it has rechargeable batteries which can’t be changed! Not only that, it came with a cable which does not fit any of my chargers or wall usb units. It had a usb3 to lightening connector I have none of those….…so I took it back to the shop expecting them to swap the cable for one that I could use. They wouldn’t and wanted to charge £19 for a usb to lightening cable. I was livid. I had intended buying a new iphone 13 today too to replace my Samsung phone but given the attitude and unfriendly, non –existent customer help over the cable issue, I decided not to and will get a new Samsung instead. They really should provide a cable which the customer (yes customer) can use if they insist on making these things rechargeable. I’m still livid but won’t buy a cable and am returning the mouse for a full refund. I will just use my cabled mouse. Apple you really don’t serve your customers!

Appalling customer service culture
My issue with Apple is their totally disconnected customer service. They made a mistake causing me to have to cancel and reorder my custom built Macbook pro. It delayed the delivery by 10 days; moreover, even worse, is there is no culture of solution driven, empathetic customer service. There is the culture of this is how we do it and no, you can't speak to anyone about it.

Neither will honor the warranty. They will waste your time sending you back-and-forth between themselves until you give up or the exchange time limit passes. Do not be patient or you will be $%$@%. You probably are anyway.
Either you pony up $6K for a 5K apple monitor or go with the $2000 LG model and throw your money away because its the worst monitor I have ever seen, it literally disintegrated.
The frame came apart at the glued notches and the weight cracked the frame until it fell completely apart, literally within a couple of months you have rubble on your desktop.
LG refuses to acknowledge the problem with several support stalling tactics to try to get you to give up (they assumed I had bought product direct but when they finally sent my link 5 months later to submit proof of purchase - they couldn't close the case fast enough - DECLINED WARRANTY SUPPORT NOT A DIRECT LG PURCHASE-YOUR SERVICE CONTACT IS APPLE).
Apple again sent me back to LG refusing all responsibility, even though the monitor was created for apple computers.
The rep was so disinterested and not paying enough attention to understand that it took 5 months to get LGs attention in the first place and offered to transfer me to sales to buy another one!
Scammed by Apple who reneged on their offer of Apple TV
I purchased a new iPad on the proviso that 1 year of Apple TV would be provided. Love the iPad no problems there, however Apple are blatantly refusing to honour what was promised at the point of sale and are refusing to issue me with a code to download Apple TV for 1 year as promised. Countless calls, online chats etc have resulted in continued refusal to provide Apple TV. This is fraud, but they know they hold all the cards and no amount of pleading my case to these people helps. They simply don’t care that I’ve been scammed. They have reneged on their offer of free Apple TV and I have been shut down at every turn whilst trying to convince them that they owe me this. Appalled is not a strong enough word. How on earth are these corporations allowed to get away with scamming consumers like this?

I love Apple's products and support. Everything just works and the products last for many years. Sure, they slow down after some time but that is to be expected.
Apple Abandons Their Own Products
Our family owns a macbook pro, an Apple iphone and four ipads. We are also Windows and Linux users. Apple Computer has already been caught out slowing down older iphones in an attempt to force people to upgrade their phones. Just waiting for more lawsuits regarding laptops, older iPads, etc. The "updates" they are constantly sending out (if you haven't noticed, take your devices off of auto update and see how often you have to manually update after that!) include code that intentionally interferes with full functionality of your older Apple devices. Apple was built on the reliability of their products, how long they would last and how stable the operating systems were....at some point in the past decade or so Apple realized that building a long-lasting reliable product eats into the bottom line of profits and Apple answers to its shareholders. As a result, the quality of their products has decreased substantially in terms of dependability. Even the Apple forums are rarely able to resolve issues that pass from o/s to o/s version. If it weren't for a couple of key features (icloud allowing accessibility across all Apple devices being the primary one) I would switch back to primarily Linux. As it is, as soon as there are other acceptible options for device interconnectivity, I will be exiting from the Apple product market.
