I am extremely disappointed with the service experience. For almost one year, everything was working fine in our office setup, including SIP usage across multiple agents without any static IP. However, recently the service became unstable after a support intervention, and since then SIP has stopped working completely while the internet remains active.
What is more frustrating is the lack of clear communication and accountability. We were first told that port forwarding and SIP require a static IP or corporate package, but this was never an issue before. Our system was working perfectly for a long time, and suddenly it stopped without any proper explanation.
Our business operations with 15+ agents have been severely affected, and support has not provided a clear technical reason or proper resolution. Instead, we are being given generic policy explanations rather than a real solution.
Overall, the inconsistency in service and lack of transparency is very disappointing. I hope the team improves communication and provides proper technical support instead of leaving customers confused after issues occur.

Great and Fantastic Services

I recently subscribed to internet services from Nayatel in Pakistan and found their performance to be highly satisfactory. I awarded them a five-star rating in recognition of their exemplary service. The application process was straightforward and efficiently executed. The technicians and engineers responsible for the installation were punctual and demonstrated the setup procedures in an online session. Their application is intuitive, enabling users to monitor their internet connection effectively, with notifications provided regarding service status. Overall, Nayatel offers professional and superior service quality, and I strongly recommend their services to others.

Totally shit services

I am a Nayatel customer and I’m extremely frustrated with the relocation process. I applied to shift my connection just three houses down on the same street on Sunday, March 29. On Monday, I received an SMS saying service is not available in the area — which makes no sense since it’s literally the same street.

I called customer support, but they said applications can only be submitted online and they couldn’t help. I submitted another request Monday night, and again on Wednesday I got the same message saying the area is not serviceable.

After calling again, I spoke to the survey person and questioned how they could make such a mistake without even contacting me. He took my details but disappeared. The next day, I followed up again with customer service, and they said they would note it and someone would call me.

Finally, after all this hassle, I received a message that service is available, and a technician came after four days to do the survey. Then today (Friday), he came again but said they can’t install due to rain. Now the next two days are the weekend, and I have to vacate my current house.

I am a full-time employee and depend on internet for my work, this delay is seriously affecting me. Your team has already wasted seven days, and now I’m being told installation might happen on Monday or Tuesday. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

NAYATEL CHARGES CUSTOMERS FOR FAULTY EQUIPMENT

MY INTERNET ISNT WORKING PROPERLY AND THEY SUGGESTED I GET A NEW DEVICE AND PAY 6K TO 15K FOR IT - TECHNICIAN SUGGESTED I START USING LAN CABLE OR RELOCATE IN MY HOUSE - MOST PATHETIC RESOLUTION EVER OFFERED BY ANY TECHNICAL COMPANY - NAYATEL SHOULD GO TO HELL - IM CLOSING MY CONNECTION AND MOVING TO STORMFIBER

THEY CHARGE YOU FOR "TECHNICIAN" VISIT IF THE FAULT IS AT USER'S END BUT WILL ALSO CHARGE YOU IF THEIR OUTDATED EQUIPMENT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED -

NAYATEL SHOULD BE CLOSED FOR GOOD THEY DONT DESERVE TO OPERATE WITH THEIR SHITTY SERVICE!!!!

Unprofessional

I just happened to speak with our assigned billing person. Such an unprofessional and pathetic service. I just found out that there is another account linked to the user which I was not aware of. I am the sole person responsible for paying our house internet bill.

The same user has another commercial account for which the bill is not paid. If the bill was not paid, internet service should have been blocked for the unpaid account. However, this unprofessional internet service whose staff is not even trained in interpersonal communication blocked our home internet which was already paid for the month.

I am pretty sure now the company is not even familiar with the C of communication

I am a Nayatel customer for last 4 5 years every time when thier is a fault in line they take at least one week to repair. Now a days its again down and todays is 9th day they can't trace the fault

I recently switched from StormFiber to Nayatel because StormFiber isn’t available at my new location, and the experience has been disappointing from day one. Despite hearing so much about Nayatel’s ‘great service,’ my experience has been the complete opposite.
I previously used StormFiber’s 20 Mbps package, which performed far better than Nayatel’s 30 Mbps. Browsing feels extremely slow, almost like using a basic local cable connection.
After paying high installation charges and monthly fees, the service quality we are getting is inferior. The backend seems optimized only to show full speed on paper or on test tools, as 30 Mbps appears as 29 Mbps, but the real performance is extremely slow and frustrating.

I requested Nayatel on 13 November to relocate my device because I am a freelancer and needed it urgently. But they kept saying, “We will visit you tomorrow,” and every time I called their helpline, I got the same response. I had to wait for them every single day. After 5 days,

Today, when I called again to complain, I told the representative that everyone keeps saying it will be done tomorrow. Instead of helping, he taunted me and said,

“Tu kya ab aapki complaint CEO ko batao jaa kr.”

This is extremely pathetic and unprofessional from their side.

I recently tried switching from StormFiber to Nayatel, and it has been a complete disaster from day one. They managed to install their device at my place, but there has been no service at all since the very first day. The red light keeps blinking nonstop, and their team has no idea how to fix it.

It’s been almost 15 days, and I’m still waiting for a proper response. The support team keeps delaying, giving no real solution, and the issue remains unresolved. This has been the most unprofessional and frustrating experience I’ve had with any internet provider.

Highly disappointed — would never recommend Nayatel to anyone.

Nayatel QoS Downfall

It's sad to see, at one time one of the best ISP losing its quality of service. Slow internet, packet loss, degraded service is what you get nowadays. This is coming from someone who has been nayatel customer for years. My mobile internet with few bars give me more satisfactory internet experience as compared to nayatel fiber connection. 🤦‍♂️

Extremely disappointed with Nayatel service standards


I’ve tried to be patient, but enough is enough. Over the past few months, I’ve lodged more than a dozen complaints with Nayatel regarding unstable internet connectivity. Each time, I’m met with temporary fixes and hollow assurances. The core issue never gets resolved.

Today was the tipping point. I registered a complaint around 12:00 PM due to a complete internet outage. I followed up six times throughout the day, yet no one bothered to respond within their own SLA of 6–8 hours. When someone finally did get back to me, they scheduled a technician visit at 1:00 AM, a full 12 hours past the SLA, and at a completely inappropriate time.

This is not just poor service, it’s a blatant disregard for customer time, comfort, and trust. I expect better from a company that claims to offer “premium” internet services. If this is Nayatel’s idea of customer care, it’s deeply flawed and unacceptable.

Fix your systems. Fix your service. And most importantly, fix your attitude toward paying customers.

Too much slow net

Too much slow net. Cheap customer service. I have open cases many time some time call and try to temporarily solve and sometimes close with with out solve.

pathetic and incompetent Staff

One of the worst internet service provider and support is unresponsive, uneducated and rude. they have wasted so much of our time for corporate pacakge installation and staff didn't even knew what were they doing. at the end we have decided to not go with them. Highly not recommended. Their technical team should start selling shoes and i highly doubt even they wont be able to do that because of lack of abilities.

Poor Installation Service and No Response

I submitted my request on 15 September 2025, and today is 23 September, but my Nayatel connection is still not installed. The area manager is on holiday, and the installation person has not responded for 2 days. If installation service is this poor, what will happen when I face issues later? Very disappointing experience.

Dear Nayatel Customer Support Team,

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the extremely poor customer service I have experienced regarding my new internet connection request. It has now been over two weeks since I applied for installation, yet my connection is still pending without any progress.

Despite the fact that there is an active Nayatel connection available right next to my street, your representatives continue to tell me that there is “no service in this area.” To further assist your team, I even went as far as sending a video clearly showing the availability of the connection, yet nothing has been done.

For the past three days, my site visit has been repeatedly rescheduled without any valid explanation. This lack of professionalism and accountability reflects a pathetic level of customer service, something I never expected from a company like Nayatel, which claims to be customer-focused.

I must say this is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and based on this ordeal, I would not recommend Nayatel to anyone. The continuous delays, false information, and unhelpful responses from your support representatives are completely unacceptable.

That being said, I still expect and demand an immediate follow-up and site visit without further delay. I urge your team to take this matter seriously and ensure that my connection is installed at the earliest possible time.

I never got an update I'm posting my experience publicly so others are aware of the poor service.

Extremely Disappointed with Nayatel

Nayatel used to be known for reliability — not anymore. I’ve been facing serious internet issues for several days now, and despite multiple complaints, no real action has been taken. Every day I’m promised a technician visit, and every day it’s delayed without explanation.

On top of that, the internet service itself is highly unstable — constant browsing issues, failed connections, and poor speed. This is happening even on one of their premium packages, which makes the situation even more frustrating.

What’s worse is Nayatel’s apparent shift in focus. Instead of improving their core internet services, they keep launching new products while the basic infrastructure remains broken.

Their leadership seems completely disconnected from customer realities — more focused on social media posts than solving real problems.

If you're considering Nayatel, think twice. You're paying premium prices for unreliable service and zero accountability.

Terrible Service

Terrible Service – No Resolution After 7 Visits!

This has been the worst experience. I’ve had 7 visits from January to May 2025, sent 4 emails, and made 25+ calls, and still my issue remains unresolved. I clearly asked for a senior technician every time, but they kept sending junior staff who did a quick 2-minute configuration and left, claiming everything was fine — but the issue continues.

My internet speed drops to 3–9 Mbps, despite paying full charges. No one replies to emails, and calls are either ignored or brushed off with excuses. I followed every instruction — changed cables, devices, packages — and still nothing has improved.

Absolutely unprofessional, careless, and frustrating. This service is a waste of time and money. Avoid it if you want real support and value for what you pay.

I wouldn't recommend them at all

I wouldn't recommend them at all. I've only got the speeds they've mentioned on their packages for two months and then it was never seen again. You're better of with PTCL because at keast they're customer support responds. Nayatel also hides critical details regarding packages in a fine print that is cleverly mixed up in their T&C.
