betano.ca Avis

Customer service took my vip account away becasue I was asking for bonus 1st let down second they say they would email me they never do

Horrible site I hit a bonus then the game stalled and kicked me out I have screen recording showing I hut the bonus there telling me I didn't so messed up

I was playing with Betano and it's extremely hard to win anything! Needless to say make make wager requirements! Free spins are rare to none and when they do come it's $2.30 is a incredible win!! Meanwhile it took me $25 to get that $2.30! Today I went to withdrawal my $115 I was on chat with a supervisor while doing this! I have a screenshot that says my withdrawal will be in my bank within 30 minutes 5 hours later I look and there's no money, so I go back to chat they tell me they want photo of my bank card front and back! I've never had to supply a photo of my bank card to any casino I've ever played with!! So I supply them with these photos they want I asked them how long before I get my money they tell me 2 to 5 days!! Not what their app told me when I withdrew and they said 30 minutes!! I am making a complaint with the better Business bureau!

Worst App Ever

I deposited 5k and played and all of a sudden when its time to withdraw they ask me to send in my card pictures so I do any they get verified yet i've been waiting 4 weeks to get my money? These guys are crooks

App slows down massively during peak sports hours namely Saturday and Sunday afternoons. It makes the app more or less unusable; good luck trying to make a 5 leg parlay across different sports. It’s also been this way for over 4 years.

Had a terrible experience with support. They introduced a fantasy option for user to play for free and win bet credits. i came second and won 50$ in bet credits and have been going back and forth with support now for over 10 days and I have never received my bet credits that i rightfully won in the fantasy. be weary as the support is very slow, they don't solve your case and you may never see bet credits you've won. There has been other issues with promotions but this was my main experience.

Good games nice customer service fast payout

I have been using Betano.ca for several months and my experience has been consistently disappointing. The biggest issue has been their Golden Free Chips promotions. These offers never worked on any of the games they were supposed to, and every time I reached out to support I received the same scripted response that they would “get back to me by email with a resolution.” They did email me each time, but the so-called resolution never worked and the problem repeated in a constant loop.

At one point, a single live agent did compensate me with a small number of free spins for the inconvenience. I won forty dollars from those spins and was able to cash out, so clearly compensation is possible. Unfortunately, every interaction after that was completely inconsistent. When the exact same promotional issues happened again, support said they could not credit anything immediately but would “submit a request” for a bonus. Each time, the follow-up email I received simply stated that no bonus could be provided. This happened repeatedly, even though the technical problems had been ongoing for weeks and then months.

What makes this worse is that I have deposited a fair amount of my own money on the platform, but I rarely walk away with anything. My deposits get used up quickly, the advertised promos fail to function, and I lose access to games and bonuses that should have been available to me like they are for other players.

The promotional system itself is also unclear. Unlike other operators that clearly show what you qualify for when you deposit, Betano requires you to search through vague promo pages and manually opt in to each offer. It is easy to miss things, and the platform does not make any effort to streamline the experience.

Overall, the combination of misleading bonus advertising, repeated technical failures, inconsistent customer service, and lack of meaningful resolutions has left me very disappointed. There are other online platforms that are far more transparent, reliable, and fair. Betano.ca still has a long way to go before I would consider using it again or recommending it to others.

I transfered my money into my account with these scammers and they received the money and never deposited it into my account and they are bringing every excise not to return mymoney.
Folks, these guys are untrustworthy and sketchy people donot get into bed with them.
they will do everything they can to steal your money.
I am surprised how government of Ontario has made them legal but they bring exuses that your account is not verified after actually verifying them in an email and then allow you to transfer money to their website but the problem is they never deposit the money into your betano account.
I have bank statements and all the official documents that proves Betano have deposited the funds into their acoount and I have uploaded those documents within Betano's system and they are still denying the funds is a testimony on how corrupt betano is.

If you are actually a profitable sports bettor which is less than 95% of people, DO NOT use Betano. They have great odds but they have now limited 2 of my accounts for being profitable. They took away $500 and they took away my bonus spins from referring friends. I use 6-7 other books with the same strategy and have had no issues.

Fast deposit but fast withdrawal not consistent but above average
Not bad with varieties of game to chose

The site is average, no better or worse than others. The deposit is convenient, and it works clearly. But the winnings are very rare, and the withdrawal is not the fastest. Therefore, I'm only giving it three stars.

Super fast withdrawls. Always recieve mine within half hour. Hit a few bonuses with good payout.

I tried it out of interest. The balance was topped up immediately, everything worked quickly. The games seem not bad, but I couldn't really win. I made a withdrawal, the funds arrived, but I had to wait a long time

Great game win so much money

Small selection of games. The graphics are lacking.

Best company for customer service and fairness.

I had a truly impressive first interaction with Betano, all thanks to their exceptional customer service agent, Lucy. I received a free $10 promotion and was lucky enough to win $400. However, I ran into trouble attaching my bank account for a withdrawal since I had never deposited money on the site before.
Lucy was beyond helpful. She not only guided me through the process of withdrawing my winnings but also gave me free spins for the time it took to resolve the issue. I expected to be met with a bunch of hoops to jump through—or worse, be told I couldn't withdraw anything—but that wasn't the case at all.
Unlike many other casinos, there were no ridiculous stipulations or a maximum cash-out limit on the no-deposit bonus. Betano understands that a little goodwill goes a long way. This positive experience has convinced me to make Betano my regular casino. The $400 I won will surely find its way back into there account over time! Witch other casinos should know this and lightn the obscured terms and condition to incentivize players to Wana spend money on there platform.
I'm incredibly impressed and will definitely be referring Betano to all my friends and family. Thanks, Betano and Lucy! You've set the bar high for customer service. (P.S. I used an AI to help me proofread and spellcheck this post, but the review itself is 100% real and based on my personal experience.)

Playing roulette only I've won combined 150k over 2 months across 5 casino apps. BETANO , was my #1 . There support agents make it easy to effortlessly withdraw, keeping me entertained the entire time. There withdrawals are so fast, by the time I can close the Betano app after withdrawal confirmation and open my bank account app. It's already there!!!

Had a technical issue during deposit. Reached out to support — heard nothing for over 48 hours. Then just got some vague copy-paste reply. Super frustrating.
