I am a frequent customer on many sites
I am a frequent customer on many sites, of all sites I prefer Betano. Why?
Pros:
Selection of games
Withdrawal is seemless and fast
Daily bonus “pick a box” is reasonable
App is very responsive and reliable
Random free money bonus is always a pleasant surprise
Cons:
Customer service needs to be more available. A chat icon on the main page is suggested.
Bonus spin bonus- recently Betano has combined two days to receive free spins IF $200 is achieved. This loses its luster and the enthusiasm to continue. You should go back to one day and $100.
Keep up the great work! 🙂

Hi KL,
Thank you for taking time to feedback. We take this on board and hope you will give us the chance to make it up to you.
Great app, better odds
I'm a gambler who uses multiple sites. Betano has a very smooth app with a clean layout. They're odds on touchdown scorers and goal scorers (hockey) are not only competitive but significantly better priced than most books in Ontario.
