Allowed me to deposit money using a CREDIT CARD ( which is banned in the UK) 2 months ago, then promised me a refund and still haven't got my money back. Absolute sham of an organisation and needs their licensing suspended.

Thought this Casino was just like any other. I deposited and played and won 300 pound and requested a withdrawal as I didn't want to lose all this. They said it takes between 72 hours and 15 business days. Now they are saying 300 does not meet their terms and conditions and have refused to pay me . My 300 pound was showing as withdrawal pending and now it's back as funds to play with. I'm upset and annoyed

Do not play here they will steal your money gave me my first 500 withdrawal but when it was time for my second they said my identication didn't match and then accussed me of money laundering in order not to pay the other 500 which by the way is the minimum and maximum go figure so I'm on a mission to let someone know every day about these clowns

I wish i had read these reviews before i started using this horrendous site but, as an addict i didn't think that far ahead. I was suckered in by promotions that hardly paid out and then find that when i tried to self exclude, chat wad no help and emails have been left unanswered for almost 2 months. This site also bypasses gamstop which i have installed which (in hindsight) should tell you all you need to know about them. As for withdrawls you can forget it as you can only withdraw a minimum of £500 which you are hardly ever going to get too playing £1 spins and verification process looks like it is designed to never let you pass their outrageous process. I have been playing for several months in this casino whose minimum withdrawal is 500 usd, generally withdrawals take between 7 and 15 days, but on December 18 I made a withdrawal of 500 usd and a few days later another withdrawal of 500 but I continued playing with 240 usd in the same account
Days passed and I had to write to support to help me, they responded that I had to do a verification which I had already done before and had already verified correctly (selfie-type photo with your ID, etc.) but this time they asked me. for more documents such as my birth certificate, a selfie photo with my identification document, a document that proves that I have a job and therefore a salary, a receipt for which service is in my name.

-original birth certificate
-selfie photo with my ID
-data from the same bank where my employment status is shown
-my phone bill
all real data etc. I don't have multi-accounts and I never bet against them and they still blocked my account for alleged fraud. The worst thing is that there are people who advertise this fraudulent casino.

I actually think this casino site is a great site with some good game.
I think the odds off winning are really good and I actually win sometimes but the only downer is not the min £500 withdrawal it’s how long it takes to get the withdrawal if it’s faster then you would play more.

Do not touch this website, proper cowboy site. Lures you in with special offers and free spins etc but its awful trying to win, you just spin and spin and spin, with the odd little wins. Read Ts and Cs VERY carefully. All of them. Can only withdraw £500, no more, no less. Cannot withdraw more than 2.5x your total deposit. If you have only deposited once you can only withdraw 15x that deposit, But remember your withdrawal has to be £500 exactly. All deposits have to be wagered at least once according to chat but 3x according to terms. JUST DO NOT USE. Same with slotsamigo.

I won £500 off the business a month and a half ago. After 15 days (their max time to pay) they informed me I would have to complete extra verification checks, some of which were ludicrous. Either way I went through all the steps and completed them just for them to claim I ‘failed their anti-money laundering checks’ and would therefore be keeping my winnings

Bit odd that minimum and maximum withdrawals are £500 so not great for low level players unless you win big. My biggest gripe is I’ve been trying to close my account and self exclude myself for weeks and their live chat tells you to email in but all emails are left unanswered. If you want to gamble online please read this review and go somewhere else. I’m not a bad loser, I won some and lost some on this site but not being able to close an account when you have a gambling problem is a big red flag!!! You have been warned
