The process is straight forward and simple, Betta buds customer service was perfect and our fish arrived healthy and in great condition. Can not recommend highly enough. We will definitely be using Betta bud again. Thanks

Update:

When my fish went missing, I was told that the issue would be resolved. However, after waiting for more than a week with no updates, I had to contact them myself to ask what was happening. That’s when I was told that the fish could not be returned to me.

Instead, I was offered a refund of only $30. The fish was NOT a DOA (Dead on Arrival) fish, and I purchased it for 2 million VND (approximately $105 AUD), not including the shipping costs from Vietnam → Thailand → Indonesia → Australia.

The fish was not lost because of anything I did. This was a mistake on their side, yet they refused to either return the fish or compensate me for its actual value. Offering only $30 for a fish worth over $100 is completely unacceptable.

I would also like to point out that the overall service was extremely poor. There was no heat pack included, and 7 out of the 13 bags arrived leaking water.

I have imported fish into Australia many times from overseas, and I have never experienced such poor service and packaging standards.

In my opinion, Jodi is currently the best transhipper in Australia. Linda was also excellent, but she has since retired.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company think very carefully before using their services. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them and would advise others to avoid them altogether.

I spoke to them over instagram and wow am I impressed not only by the fish but by the customer service they were great and helpful the whole time and made everything super easy definitely recommend these guys

Betta bud, gave me the security you all need, for some of us it maybe a-bit terrifying purchasing a fish overseas, but they’ve made sure everything goes well, I’ve had over 2-3 shipments so far and I’ve never had a bad experience.
