Very disappointing experience with BetterLegal. We paid full price for our company setup despite an advertised promotion that was never honored. Then, we discovered an additional $300 charge to our credit card that we did not authorize.
I have requested a full refund and an explanation. Having to chase down an unexpected charge after already paying for the service is frustrating and unacceptable. This experience has completely undermined my trust in BetterLegal, and I would not recommend them.

There is no way to cancel
There is no way to cancel your registered agent service in your account. When I tried to contact them and cancel my registered agent service, they never replied. I called once and was on hold forever then finally hung up, then I tried 5 different email addresses (filings@, support@, info@, hello@, and admin@). Finally, I canceled my card, so they can't charge it. Now I'm getting emails warning me that they can't charge my account. Good. Maybe that will end it.
The entities are Mustard Seed Homes and Fusion Coliving.
