Amazing product! My favourite is the smokey tempeh. I must always have some at home! I hope it soon becomes more widely available in UK supermarkets.

I really like the tempeh and I’ve now…
I really like the tempeh and I’ve now tried the mince for the first time. The multi pack I ordered should have contained some smoked tempeh, but they were out of stock. There was a handwritten note of apology asking them to get in touch if I wasn’t 100% satisfied, which I did, but I haven’t had an appropriate reply yet. The smoked is slightly more expensive, so I felt that replacing it with with ordinary tempeh was slightly less than satisfactory. I suggested a pack of the smoked (once it was available) as a gesture of goodwill might be nice, but they haven’t acknowledged that. I really just wanted to try it and I might then put a regular order in for that as well. Other than this one issue, I’m happy with the product and will keep buying it.

Really great customer service
Really great customer service. There was a delay in getting products to me, but I was kept fully informed and sent additional Tempeh as an apology for the delay. Looking forward to trying the products and recipes.

Thank you Better Nature Tempeh for your response explaining what happened and the confirmation the refund is being processed.

Not the fault of the supplier but the post office lost the package. Having contacted Better Nature to advise them of the issue they offered to send more products which I kindly declined and asked for a refund. However, since then I’ve had no follow up from Better Nature despite emailing them several times including through their website.
This is now the second or third request to review their product/service even though they know I’ve never received my package!

I'm so sorry to hear about this Jacq and thank you for sharing your feedback. Unfortunately with the bank holiday there's been some miscommunication and our customer service agent was waiting for someone who was off to process the refund before getting back to you. Regardless, we should have kept you updated on this, I'm really sorry about that. I have now processed the refund for you, please email us if you don't receive it in the coming days. We do try to go above and beyond with our customer service, even when we have done everything correctly on our end but are still out of pocket due to issues that are out of our hands, but we definitely fell short here. The service requests are run automatically by Trustpilot, we would never want you to receive those emails without having received your order, but we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks again for your order and patience, and we hope to welcome you back as a customer soon with a much better experience!

I have now made 3 bundle orders and I'll be carrying on! This is absolutely delicious, whether you buy the plain (and follow their recipes or just add soy sauce) or have the flavoured options. It is excellent value for a quality product; the quality is not just the food itself but the thoughtfulness end-to-end of the environment and health in the broadest sense. It's great!
